Falsely Advertised as Unlocked
Waited a long time to purchase my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, 128GB phone. It arrived at the end of November. Since this was a "Christmas Present," I didn't actually activate until the day after Christmas (1 day after my 30-day return window) 🙄 The phone looks good %26 takes great pictures but ZERO Service in ALL the places I usually have great service...really hard to run a business with no service! Seller claimed to be "unlocked," but sadly, that's not the case. I've had Straight Talk since the ending of the "Nextel" days and usually have great service 😔 Screen also has glitches and color jumps around. Very unhappy with this phone %26 will have to get a new phone, but it will NOT be from this seller. I have sent 2 different emails to them and ZERO Response.....ugh. Buyer Beware
