the phone works great . its way smaller than i Expecting. the seller is the one getting the low rating. took forever to ship out and then when i had a major problem with delivery address seller wouldn't contact ANYONE back !!

phone was beat up, scratched, looked old and very used. not "excellent" condition as described. I am returning it asap. don't waste your money!!

Operational wise is great little phone. Once using after about 15 minutes, phone got extremely warm too hot. Very drained over halfway with in 40 minutes.

false advertisement in every sense. phone was deacribed as good condition, refurbished, with original packaging etc. phone came in a shotty cardboard box with cracks and chips on the screen as well as nicks all over the metal body of the phone. i wouldnt pay $100 for this let alone $400. dont waste your time. absolute joke.
