Samsung Galaxy S22 ULTRA 5G, 512GB BLACK - Unlocked

Had a note 20 ultra, decided it didn't wanna work anymore. So, I got the 22 ultra. I am one who doesn't like change. Once i have gotten accustomed to anything, I stick with it. So because of note no longer being made, I had to change my preference. Well, after getting used to 22; Im completely in love with it. Hopefully, it will last me a long time.

I've had the phone now for about 6 months and absolutely love it. the camera is amazing and the features are outstanding.

I've had my s22 ultra now for about 6months. The most discouraging thing is the lack of an SD card. I didn't do my research and wasn't aware of this till after my purchase was made. No SD card means storage is used up quickly, the other disappointments are, no power off button and a ridiculously awkward way to take a screenshot. Why put so much effort in designing a "Top of the line" phone yet miss the mark on some very important features. Disappointed....

It's a knock off! I purchased the Galaxy s22 ultra off of Amazon before Black Friday. I found this deal on Black Friday for $999. So I bought both, planning to return Amazon's. I received both phones in the mail and here are the pictures of the comparisons between the real Samsung on the left from Amazon and the knockoff version this company sent me on the right. As you can see, Samsung always sends their products with QR codes and IMEI numbers, identification, etc; there is nothing like that on any of these pieces that they sent to me from this company. I would be very leery! I'm so glad I purchased the real deal from Amazon so I would know that this one was a fake! Otherwise, who knows what junk I would have wound up with! Cheaper isn't always better!!

This phone broke 2 months after we had it. It will not connect to our network. Samsung won't warranty it because it was made out of the US. They told us it is an international phone which we never knew. We tried 3 different sim cards and tried esim . But it won't connect. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!

the phone now is creasing and cracking were it folds

Less than a year ago, I purchased a new Z Fold3 and ended up returning it because twice I had to get it repaired. I decided to purchase a new Galaxy S22 Ultra two months ago and, again, I'm running into hardware issues. I've shipped it back today (Ticket # 4168414570) for repairs but in reality just want to get a full refund--I will stick with my older, yet reliable, Galaxy S10e and wait until the next reliable Samsung really comes out. My specific issue is that my S22 stopped charging via its cable. I purchased a new, official samsung charger but it still has the issue--I can only charge it wirelessly. For such an expensive phone, and a flagship, I can't be dealing with this. I need reliability.

SAMSUNG NEEDS TO RECALL THIS PHONE JUST LIKE THEY DID WITH THE ONE THAT USED TO BLOW UP.... and I had that one too! I got mine in February or March, had to get a new one in September under warranty because it will not stay connected to the network. Now the new one is starting to show signs of the same issue!!!! I don't want advice on how to troubleshoot it either, I WANT OUT!!! I'm done with SAMSUNG and their unreliability!
