great phone, was a little pricy at 1k but I needed it since my iphone 8 was on its last leg. I probably wont upgrade again for a long while and this will be good for that time haha.

This is the best android phone out there hands down if you like larger phones. The flat screen is beautiful as well as the build quality. One Ui is pretty much the same but with improvements from a couple years ago when I went to Google. Everything works great, no complaints here. My order arrived faster than the expected date and is just what I ordered.

was skeptical about making this purchase here. saw samsung has discontinued this model, so i ran to the internet, and i could not find the model i wanted until i received a notification walmart had them back in stock. took a leap of faith and received my package quickly, and i love this phone. Definitely recommend this model over the 25. Definitely would buy from the seller again

Let me start this review by saying I loved the phone... When it worked. I bought it in September, it was a great phone. I absolutely loved the photo editing software in the Samsung gallery, especially with the stylus, and it was some of the easiest to use photo editor software I've used. The cameras were great and I loved how responsive the phone was. Then in December I dropped it less than three feet, straight down on its face with a case. Then it started having a weird issue where it had the screen turn dark and red and eventually go back to normal. So I submitted a claim with Samsung about the screen and they said it was covered by warrenty. So I sent it into be repaired. but SURPRIZE! Its not because they claim it has water damage. But I never dropped the phone in water and they even claim the phone is water resistant, so why wouldn't that be covered. So the phone it self is great, but don't ever drop it because if you have any problems with it, it probably won't be covered due to "water damage"

It said Factory Unlocked. Took it to US Cellular they said it could only be used at AT%26T. If its unlocked, they should at least tell you who the provider is. Only buy Fully Unlocked or Factory unlocked if company selling it will not tell you who provider is. They could not use a sim card from US Cellular.

the phone is probably fine...dont buy from third party Hypertech as they sell phones that will not update and your stuck on a OS thats 4 years old. They are of no help at all! and dont buy the walmart insurance as they wont respond. Stuck with a cell that's basically running 4 years outdated and no hope to get the 7 years of updates from samsung...again dont buy cells from wallmart that state they are unlocked and dont buy from Hypertech, worst customer service on a 1100.00 purchase!!

I recently bought a phone just like this one. Was great. This phone was totally different than mine. It did not operate properly when trying to set it up. Probably because it was packed extremely bad. Item was bouncing around in the box. Corners open on the box. Will buy my next phone from another company.

I ordered the new unlocked Titanium Black 256GB S24 Ultra and received it in Titanium Gray. When looking at the packaging, the model colors do not match. The unboxing experience was also different from what I see in videos. When I search up the IMEI number, it returns with a Black Verizon S24 Ultra, when it should be unlocked. Looking at the back panel, I can see scratches from when it was possibly changed to Gray. I ordered this new but received a reburbished item. I got this for my dads birthday but now I might have to return it. DO NOT buy from this seller!

On the third day after receiving my new phone it still wouldn't connect to ST. Seven calls later, to Straight Talk, %26 a trip to Electronics at Walmart, day 4 was told it wasn't compatible to ST. Returning. So they sold me a phone, FOR THIRTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS, wasn't compatible. Was told it was unlocked, and compatible to ST. Biggest hassle!! I ordered it through Walmart.com. Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra.

the listing specifically says this is an unlocked phone but its not. the phone is locked so i have to return it. the seller doesn't respond so I'll have to try returning it to the store. i should've listened to the other reviews and avoided this seller.
