[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to set up with smart switch, love the features especially the camera The charging is quick and adaptive, it's great to be able to plug phone in to charge knowing it will start at a time relevant to to your alarm so it is charged when you wake and the battery is protected I'm still learning all the features but very happy
Just got the phone from UPS and registered it with Samsung using the IME number. Seems to be new per the website. Charging it now and it goes fairly quickly with an Anker Nano 65w charging block and the Samsung USB-C cable that came with the phone. I rarely use the camera or use earbuds/headphones, so can't really comment about them. HW: Rev 1.0 (sigh). Box is dated 04/01/2026--so we know who to blame (and why) if any problems.
The S25 FE appears to be a great phone. The reason my ratings are so low is that this was not a new phone. No where in the ad did it mention "used, refurbished, open box" etc. or anything indicating it was not a new phone. This phone had been opened (clear from the box), setup and still had a phone number and time left on the Total account.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the battery lasts fairly good I only need to charge it every two days and even then it only gets down to about 30% I like the I like the option I've been out to only charge to 85 or 90% so the battery won't wear out and we'll get along a life out of it.
i hated how it still makes noise when i turned that off. i hate that it moved all my apps for no reason at all and i had them all exactly where i wanted them. i like the pictures it takes i hate that its almost impossible to make the cursor go where you want it to and copy and paste is a nightmare
There was an active SIM card installed into the device. I expected this to be a new one, but the active SIM and lots of texts/phone calls/and web browsing history made me think it was an used one. I thought it could be one device, but I ordered another one with little lower price, and found exactly the same. What was the need to have an active SIM installed on the phone?
Misleading "Unlocked" Description – Carrier Bloatware Included I purchased this Samsung Galaxy S25 FE as 'unlocked,' but be warned: this is a carrier-branded model (SM-S731U) from Metro/T-Mobile, not a true factory-unlocked device. While it works on other carriers, it arrived with intrusive T-Mobile bloatware like 'MetroZone' and background services that automatically install unwanted apps. Removing and disabling these deep system services (Device Manager, AppSelector, etc.) was an incredibly frustrating and technical process that should not be required for a 'new' phone. If you want a clean, bloatware-free experience, this is not it. Very disappointed in the misleading description.
it appears the phones are not new I say this because the boxes had a long hair stuck to glue and I ordered two phones and both of the boxes had been retaped.
This phone is junk..it cannot be used on any cell phone network at all because is has a fake IMEI number and it comes up at an S36, not an S25 FE when i am trying to load the Esim card onto the new phone the S25 FE from my old phone. it also has the E911 function shut off in case i need emergency response help from police/fire departments. Fraud I'm so disappointed.
Terrible service. Phone was meant to he a gift, but it arrived in an open box, with all seals broken, and protective cover removed. This was not disclosed in the listing, if it was I wouldn't have bought it. Will return as such service isn't acceptable.
