The transfer of the sim card was simple since the tool was included and data transfer from my s9 to this s25 was seeeamless as long as the samsung smart switch was on each phone. It did the work for me and communicated the completion and set up time. took about 40 minutes total. pictures, contacts, accessories, apps, messages(uses new google messages) only sd card pics needed to be moved by downloading to a usb-c drive.new phones dont use sd cards. Great screen size, excellent functioning, very good camera functions. 30x zoom. can see a fly at 15 feet up close. email, text and communication apps were complete. i was up and running in an hour. even my duck duck and firefox. you just have to sign into everything again. this new phone comes with a usb-c to usb-c if you dont have wifi or bluetooth handy. I'm off and running. got a nice spigen military grade cover.

I'm not exactly tech savvy , but after a self taught tour finally pushed the right buttons and presto I am so happy with my new internet phone experience , I'm sure this phone will transform my every day use .

Very glad to be back on to this all round device with great battery, powerful processing, and must importantly reliability. While the size of the phone is a bit compared to S22, it fits conveniently in the pocket and in hands. The extra screen space is actually good if you use the phone for productivity. Love the phone based on my experience over a week now.

I ordered this specific item because it said "shipped and sold by Walmart". Well come to find out, it's not sold by Walmart, it comes from a third party seller. I spent $1,000 on a phone and received an APPLE WATCH. I call customer service who says return it to a Walmart store, this is the only option because it has a battery and cannot be shipped back (weird because that's how it got to me?). Turns out the store won't accept the return because it's a different item, the serial numbers don't match. Shocker. 2 supervisors later, 8 hours on the phone with several customer service agents, and 2 trips to a Walmart store with no resolution. Apparently I'm going to have to dispute the transaction and let my bank figure it out. I will never purchase anything of significant value from Walmart ever again. This is a nightmare.

What a piece of garbage the s25fe is. I wish I could have my s20fe back!!! I will never buy a Samsung product again.

The cell phone it self is 5 stars..But whom ever sold me this (Walmart or Branch) SCAMMED ME. U guys were selling this as a new when opened the frontal camera worked for only 2 days and then.... gone.. ! Not working anymore. Samsung in Costa Rica...said...FRONTAL CAMERA IS DAMAGE.!
