works well, battery still good
Product is good, works well, battery still good. no visible scratches. Charger / cord were missing. The way it was shipped was a bit lacking. It was shipped without box and in a bubble bag in a yellow envelope without the charger adapter and cord. Cord and adapter were sent about a week later after I called to ask about them. Customer service was nice and helpful. Overall decent experience just a minor set back with the adapter and cord.
