SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab A, 8.0" Tablet 32GB (Wi-Fi), Silver

I was looking for a way to make my smart phone last longer and since most of my time on it is spent playing a few games, this tablet looked like the answer. It was! I love it! Great for games, internet searches, email, android apps... perfect. The screen size is great, too. And shipping was super fast!

I bought this for my 7yr old son. The tablet came in sooner than expected which was great! The size of the tablet is on the smaller side compared to an ipad. It's working great, connects to the WiFi. Before I had bought another tablet from another brand that had issues connecting to the WiFi. This tablets color is great. Great for the price

It's a great little tablet, nothing really wrong with it, no lag, good picture and videos. A tad pricey but it's good for something that isn't a Kindle. The reason I bought it.

It's ok. The 10.1 tab a is far superior in design and function, and has the USB c port. The 8" tab is a much better size for me personally, but after having the 10.1, this tablet is a POS. I returned the first 8" thinking it was a lemon, but no. It runs very slowly and has a mini USB port. I'm sticking with the 8" because if the size, but I otherwise dislike it.

This device is very slow and choppy. Simple game apps that were downloaded from the app store takes a while to load and games lag. Most of the pre-installed apps are also slow to load. Navigating is slow. It feels like there's a ton of stuff running in the background causing it to slow drastically, but when checked, hardly anything was really running. Even watching youtube videos are slow. My other devices seems fine playing youtube videos, but not this. Definitely don't recommend this device. It feels like a cheap knockoff of the real thing, but weirdly enough, it is the real thing. Returning this. Not even worth $100.

This is the 2nd samsung device I tried. The 1st one was a smartphone which was returned. It, like this tablet was extremely frustrating. The screen often didn't respond which is a huge issue for me. My friend said she knew someone who had the same problem with the exact same tablet. I don't understand why everyone raves about samsung. Maybe the company thinks they no longer have to maintain the quality of their devices but rely on their "reputation." I returned the tablet

Went to charge it and it caught on fire

When I ordered tablet, was unaware that it was a used one. I don't think that product description ref.ected that fact. Now after using for awhile, I am having prob.ems. Screen is overly sensitive. While reading a book, pages are turned without me touching screen, both forward and backwards. Also screen freezes frequently.
