Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9 8.7” Tablet, Android, 64GB, Navy, WiFi,(Brand New)

This tablet has almost replaced my computer for most of my daily uses. The screen size and clarity make it ideal for watching movies and TV when traveling. I now do all of my financial transactions on the tablet. The tablet is large enough to make for easy reading and viewing. I especially like the large keyboard and the sound when listening to music. Obviously heavier and bulkier than my 7 inch and 8-inch tablets, but worth the inconvenience.

Tablet works for what I needed it for. Great value as it was on sale. Delivery however was poor, it took over 2 weeks to arrive due to delays. Then on delivery, required signature adding to more delays.

I somewhat like the A9 8.7" tablet, but am disappointed in the colors on the screen. My old 8" Onn tablet has better colors than this. The A9 has a faded look. Also the A9 software doesn't give you any options to adjust the acreen colors like the A9 does. It did upgraded to Android 15 but that didnt help. I guess if you want to use it just for books it would be fine.

Was too slow. Needs to be updated. Too many screens and questions to go through to set it up. Also, the version I got was some weird international version that was not in English when you turned it on, and then on the page where you had to select your region, the US wasn't listed. Only some South American countries. I returned it.

It works…It is a bit slow for a brand new device. The visual clarity is not great. The battery drains fairly quickly. Overall it's decent for the price though.

It turns out this tablet is not intended to be used in North America. It would only give me options to select a country in South America. Researching this, I learned that it may hinder some Apps from working on the device. So I returned it.

I never received the order it was delivered even to another state and Walmart still hasn't refunded my money. i ask to send me another one the first day I got the notice it was delivered and was told I was getting one shipping out within 2 days. I never got a tracking number or anything and when called back they didn't even have a record of someone talking to me on the chat. So still waiting on a fund? terrible customer service over an issue I had nothing to do with. what is up when your address is in Tenn and your order is delivered to Pennsylvania somewhere even a question of who end this problem is on.

The display resolution is much worse than my ancient Galaxy Tab S2 - you'd think a much newer device made by the same manufacturer would be better, not worse. Also, the touch response when I play my Sudoku game is much worse - I often find myself having to tap 2 or 3 times to get it to register.

It doesn't work as I expected; it's very slow to load, and some apps don't load at all, they just freeze indefinitely. It doesn't work the way I wanted it to.
