I really like my new Samsung Tablet. I am still learning how to use it. I think Samsung products are the best.
Great tablet for a really good pricekackie
The package arrived and was well packaged...none of the packaging was damaged. The product is lightweight and looks quite fine. My Table is the blue color - very cool. I am eager to begin using this needful device!
A very good quality tablet. It works perfectly, easy to work with. I wish it came with more storage space it comes with only 16 GB but you actually get 14 GB to work with. Bought 128 GB memory card at Walmart as well for a good price. So overall I do recommend to buy this tablet.
We bought this as a family tablet for our kids and ourselves. We each have our own account on the device and everyone loves it. It charges fast and keeps it charge. We have not had a problem with it and my kids are 5,8 and 11 and everyone has been able to use it with ease. The only thing is make sure you get extra memory as the internal memory goes quick for apps when 5 people are using. I would get another one.
It has lollipop and that is like driving a Cadillac he is smooth and fast. While the resolution could have been better it is still better than my Samsung Galaxy 2 I bought 3 or 4 years ago. Yes I am a Samsung loyal customer and wouldn't consider another brand.
I am new at this electronics stuff, but I am learning. This is my first purchase besides my computer. So far I am learning how to use it. It is easy to get around on it. Yes, I would recommend it to my friends.
It has very attractive, intense color display, and a large screen. Easy to use. Playing movies, reading, etc. is generally good. But the resolution is about half of a IPAD or Tab S2. This becomes obvious after you use it for a few hours. For instance the thumb nail pictures of movies on Netflix are quite grainy. For beginners or kids this might not be an issue as the actual movie playing is good.
I bought this for myself as a self-gift after long researches. When I turned on after charging 100%, it had no color - yes all in black and color. Since Walmart.com does not offer any technical support (how inconvenienent), I started chatting helpdesk person via Samsung.com. He suggested re-set it to default. I had to spend some time to correct my issue. Took so much time for my Saturday. Not happy. One more thing I do not like about Walmart.com (it was my first shopping via Walmart.com since I tend to find better prices through other sites), they never ship physical receipts. I am sure they will tell me to print out emails, but I prefer getting a physical receipt per order. Their website should have that option in the 'check out' page. So as to product I would give 3 stars (because it is nothing outstanding or bad - just to be fair). Since it arrived with corrupted operating system, minus 1 star; hence 2 stars.
So I've been wanting a tablet for some time and cyber Monday was the perfect time. I was debating between the ipad and this, and since this had free Microsoft Word I decided to grab it. First, when it arrived I wouldn't consider it "new". Scratches on the side's and the home button has a large scratch on it as well, but I'm not too picky where it bothers me. No baclight on the keys so at night you're randomly tapping the bottom hoping to hit the back button(can be ignored as well). Besides that everything was good until out of the blue it shut off and would not turn on for anything(I knew it wasn't dead because it was on 77 last time I used it). Then hours later it goes back to normal. I don't know if this was a refurbished model or floor model, but it is definitely not new. Considering this is only the 4th day I've had it and already seeing troubles, I'm not sure if I should return it and get an ipad or exchange it for a new one. All I can say is I payed for a new Tab A and got whatever I got but above all make sure to get that warranty. Very disappointed with this purchase.
