I bought the tablet for my daughter and she loves it

Got it for my husband to use to with immersion reading and reel videos to "train" his Cochlear implant. Good size for Kindle books and videos, works well with audio books. Had trouble getting the FB app to work correctly, had to work around by going directly through Chrome. Otherwise works as intended

I bought this for a specific purpose. For online library and books. I understand that it is underpowered compared to many other tablets, but I was aware of that when I bought it. I got good value for what I paid. If you need a more powerful, robust tablet, look elsewhere. But if you need a tablet to read email, surf the web and read books, this one will do, especially for the price.

This is a great second device to have next to your mobile device and or laptop. I use it mainly for another screen to multi task on while working. I find it nice for research and or streaming content. Quality is good. Only downside is that taking notes with a stylus is below average as compared to Apple IPad.

I bought this to read on because libby (sometimes) and hoopla (always) does not connect to kindle. Both of these apps are available with samsung. however, amazon and youtube do not work with this device and that is a huge negative!

The tablet is as describe and given the >9in tablet market is incredibly underserved in the US, I thought it was great I was able to find this smaller older model still new. However, the one I received is locked to the Middle East and no where did I see that was going to be the case. Thankfully, that does not really matter for anything other than warranty purposes and the occasional app download as the device is not region locked, but I am a little upset that no where that was easily accessible told me it was a middle east region pad. Not worth the cost. The seller lied about the specs of the tablet. it is NOT 8gb of RAM it is 4gb of RAM plus 4gb of virtual ram. it is fast has good colors very clear and smooth for what it is but disappointing if you are expecting a full 8gb of ram

the tablet box was sealed with a "do not accept if seal is broken" sticker which had been ripped open already. clearly the item received was used and that was not mentioned in the product description.

I'm sure this device is okay, my concern and disappointment is with the seller. I was specifically looking for a domestic market device and and the device that was delivered today is an international market device. Nowhere in the ad does it say anything about this being a international device. I tried to contact the sellers phone number and the number is not working and multiple emails have been sent with no response. This was a birthday gift for my wife that I will show her what I got her and then take it back to the store. Buyer beware!

Bought from tech deals through Walmart. Appears to be an international model no pick for US in region settings all mid eastern countries. Info on Walmart didn't mention this. I consider this deceptive marketing. Am waiting to hear from Tech company. Am considering filing a complaint with BBB.
