Not so sure i made the right decision
I purchased this tablet after careful checking reviews. I don't think i made the best decision with thus purchase. it loses charge quickly and doesn't always always operate correctly.

Received a used unit when I purchased a new unit
When I ordered this from Walmart I received a box that had Amazon Prime stickers all over the box and the box was dented on one side. When I open the box, I immediately noticed the inner tag sticking out from the side opening of the Samsung box and one corner of the box was tour, and I could see that the secure tape label had been cut. So I assume that the box had already been opened. When I opened the box, I noticed that that cloth protective covering tab was sticking out of the box and the secure tape holding the cloth sleeve for the Samsung tablet had been opened and was put on backwards. When I took the tablet out of the sleeve, I know his fingerprints all over the screen. So the unit was definitely used and I got a used unit but paid for a brand new unit. I also noticed that the power cable was missing the protective sleeve that hold it together, and the cable was just thrown in the box. I was extremely disappointed when I reached out to customer service telling me that they will reach out to the supplier and I will have to work supplier for either to return a refund. My question is why is this my problem? Why do I have to fix this issue with the third-party supplier when I took faith and trust in Walmart to send me a brand unit from their warehouse. I did attach some photos, but I also have a video of me opening box in the condition that I received it in.
