Cellulartech the company that sold this tablet was very quick to respond when I had a problem trying to activate it on a cellular network. I think the problem was the tablet was showing up as locked to a foreign network.They fixed it, and it works great now. They also did me a favor. They sent me an Email that said what they were going to do. It ended up in a Spam folder, and I deleted it prior my reading it. They resent it the next day. Thanking them for a great tablet, at a great price Would definitely deal with them again.

Item was properly packaged and shipped. Very affordable price for a Galaxy tablet plastic case. I was pleased with the purchase.

It's working great, but the only thing is that during the initial setup there is no option for Canada as a country on the list, so you have to choice another country. Only after, the tablet will recognized where you are. And the price was reasonable.

Shipping is fast. It is an international version. This means that it does come with Samsung Canadian warranty. The tablet does registered with Samsung official website automatically without any issue. The tablet is brand new. Package is sealed properly. Switching from using iPad for years, I am very happy with Samsung tablet. It takes a little adjustment to Android. Very happy with it. Good value for the money.

The battery started taking longer and longer to charge,now it won't charge at all! Tried different cords and blocks that worked on everything else but it just lights up for about 3sec. then goes black without charging at all! When looking on line found out a lot of people were having same problems!

The tablet will work but it is a South American version and even comes on at first in Spanish until you change the language. I don't understand why Walmart doesn't sell a Canadian version in Canada.

Very disappointed. Could not select Canada as a region. Research seems to show that the product was not intended to be sold in Canada and had no Samsung warranty. Immediately returned. Do NOT buy.

I ordered a brand new Galaxy Tab A9 Plus, but what I received was clearly a used and tampered device. The box was badly beaten, the seal had been opened and re-taped, and the tablet itself had visible marks on the screen edges—likely from a screen replacement. This is deceptive and unacceptable. Beware of this third-party seller—selling refurbished or used items as new is a scam. Walmart should investigate.

Same problems as other buyers. Seller Cellulartech is redirecting shipping services charges to the buyer, aka us. Be aware of this situation. I have sent two messages and they have not responded yet. The tablet is great and found it very useful. Just don't buy it from Cellulartech

Could not use due to this is a foreign tablet that is not showed to be used in US markets. The box is a different color. Appears to be a fake per my cellular provider.
