Item was properly packaged and shipped. Very affordable price for a Galaxy tablet plastic case. I was pleased with the purchase.

Given the low price point I didn't expect much but I've been pleasantly satisfied with the performance and worry not about it being an international version of the tablet (just more options) . instantly connected to my T-Mobile account and I made a call witin 5 minutes after opening the package! Now that was easy, can you hear me now? Setup was easy and the smart switch feature instantly transferred everything from my current files, photos,apps and settings, very cool and handy. Overall I'm glad I went this offering because honestly I didn't want to spend 700-1000 for the newest top of the line tablets. Also the seller was perfect, I received it exactly on the day and witin minutes of the estimated arrival time... A for this one!

I've only had the tablet a few hours now but I already love it. Just a little work to change the language straight out of the box but besides that it works just fine and im glad it was new because I just sent one back to Amazon that was clearly used with a smudge size permanent discoloration spot on the screen. It receives my calls and texts just fine and transfer of all my accounts was easy. Connects to the keyboard and printer just fine as well. There is a slight lag when touching the screen but for the price can you really complain lolz.

It's working great, but the only thing is that during the initial setup there is no option for Canada as a country on the list, so you have to choice another country. Only after, the tablet will recognized where you are. And the price was reasonable.

The battery started taking longer and longer to charge,now it won't charge at all! Tried different cords and blocks that worked on everything else but it just lights up for about 3sec. then goes black without charging at all! When looking on line found out a lot of people were having same problems!

My tablet now has a burn-in image retention on the screen that will not go away I looked this up and it said this very common with OLED. Otherwise the tablet work good . Now I'm about to do a return for another one or my money back.

Same problems as other buyers. Seller Cellulartech is redirecting shipping services charges to the buyer, aka us. Be aware of this situation. I have sent two messages and they have not responded yet. The tablet is great and found it very useful. Just don't buy it from Cellulartech

Could not use due to this is a foreign tablet that is not showed to be used in US markets. The box is a different color. Appears to be a fake per my cellular provider.

bought it because it could use wifi or a cellular plan, come to find out when any cellular place runs the IMEI...it comes back NOT COMPATIBLE L, with any cellular carrier. I've tried them all. This was the whole reason behind buying the tablet. So my child could get their own data plan.

Tablet itself was great loved it. Issue was I bought this brand new and it said it was unlocked and it hadnt been hooked up to any carrier when I went to hook it up to my verizon plan it said it was locked and they couldnt put it on my plan that I would have to call and find out the previous carrier it was hooked up under and see if they would unlock it (the one I purchased said cellular data or wifi).. Returning buying somewhere else, If this was new and had cellular or wifi I should of been able to hook it up. Works great on wifi.
