i love the upgrades compared to the previous galaxy watch; this one i actually do wear everyday! also very useful to have when you work in a professional environment where having phones seen isn't acceptable. also great for health information such as heart rate etc etc. it pretty much comes on by itself when heart rate changes rapidly or steadily increases. i also enjoy that it's an actual adult watch in regards to features and appearance. i have received the most compliments feom apple watch wearers (usually compliments on how the watch is more professional in design and it looks like a "real watch"). i bought the watch in hopes of being able to link to my phone when i cant actually view info on my phone in real time.
i own both. after using the galaxy for one week with only a few features working. i am in love with this watch. i have owned the apple watch 4 since it came out. it works flawlessly and looks like a piece of art. the specs are higher and its like a mini iphone. now the things that bug me. i am a watch collector i like the look and feel of a traditional watch. the faces on the apple watch are cool but in no way are they realistic. the samsung on the other hand looks as real as real can get. the charge lasts longer and it is faster to charge up. i use about 25% of the apple watch apps and samsung focuses on form, fit and feel and has more health apps that i critically need.
I've been using Watch for a week, and really satisfied. Downloaded Golf app, and I find it really helpful. Not to mention great design! Strongly recommend!
i love the look. it's very pretty. i'm glad they didn't do away with the bezel. battery life are charging is amazing! i'm a little disappointed though that they only have nfc payments. they should've kept the mst capabilities. the watch is sturdy. i've slept in it, not a still sleeper, and it's holding up well. also very comfortable, doesn't bother me while sleeping. if anyone from samsung is reading this, please bring back mst and please add amazon music app. i don't need spotify account, i use amazon music for all my music. thanks all in all, get this watch, men or women. i have a small wrist, but it fits well, doesn't look too big.
I love the colour and the fashion statement it makes on my wrist, the only but is, it requires charging almost everyday unlike my active 2 with longer lasting battery life.
I was so excited to get this watch, and used it immediately on the first day. But i was a little disappointed that i found scatches on the ring of the watch :( at the end of the day on my first use.. I didn't even use it for active sports aside from daily walking. It says premium design but the colour is showing signs of being worn off even though i only had it for 1 day. :( I suppose it depends on the colour. Because my partner got the Mystic silver a month ago, and it still looks good as new. I wonder if this is covered by the warranty. Besides that the watch is great!
went from a apple watch Series 5 to samsung love the watch but totally gutted to see that in fact there Is no ECG app on it available in the Uk think its a bit misleading and should state on the website that this is not available yet as alot of people may buy this watch for this and there is no clear dare when it is coming to the uk. switched from apple to Samsung and this isthe only disapointed thing I have wrong with my product
Very disappointing for several reasons: Poor battery life. Can't use Google pay, locked-in to samsung pay which supports none of my 3 UK banks. Laggy+clunky UI - either down to underperforming hardware or buggy OS HR monitor is laughably inaccurate compared to manual check and the watch's own ECG - showed almost double the rate on the continuous HR monitor compared to the ECG. sO2, Blood pressure, and ECG cannot be used on the move, meaning they're useless for any sort of training analysis. Spotify app is unusable, even when tracks are eventually downloaded, app constantly glitches, interrupting play. Returning for a full refund, might try a samsung watch again in a few years but for now it's simply not a good product. Exterior design is nice though, if a little chunky.
I switched from a Gear Sport which with my normal use was lasting 2 days. I was expecting at least the same from this one giving the fact that my Gear Sport is 3 years old. But I was very disappointed when this watch died after 6 hours. Yes, 6 hours.I took the watch at 11am and at 5pm the watch died. Yes, for 3 out of 6 hours the watch was disconnected from the phone and probably was on LTE mode. Bus 6 hours for such and expensive watch...c'mon. Planning to return as soon as get back from holiday.
I have bought all three devices that came out. The Samsung Galaxy Note20, Samsung Watch3, and the Air Buds. The Samsung Watch3 has been a major disappointment. The battery life is terrible (anywhere from 1 day to 2 days max), the sleep tracking does NOT work properly. I am not the only one, in the Samsung community, I raised the issue and a lot of other people have the same issue. It is not showing any deep sleep even though I know I have had a very good night's sleep (my previous FitBit 2 watch was so accurate! a comparison with FitBit2 is honestly a joke, Fitbit2 technology is far superior). Apart from that, the watch does look good and fancy. The most important things for me were sleep tracking, sports, and battery, and I have been disappointed in 2/3... I don't recommend anyone to buy this if you are using your watch for sleep tracking and if you are looking for large battery life.
