I love my Galaxy watch6 classic. It has all features I need with my favorite being the sleep coaching and the fitness app. The watch is also a beautiful accessory.
The bezel on the Classic is functionally great and aesthetically impressive. I also purchased a few replacement bands and found that the mechanical design for swapping bands is MUCH easier than on the Watch5. The display seems brighter and more sharp than my old Watch5 (which I traded in to greatly reduce the cost of my Watch6 Classic). I thought about waiting for the Watch7, but didn't want to risk missing the design of this handsome Watch6 Classic.
I recently bought the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, and I should say, it has exceeded all my expectations. This smartwatch is a perfect blend of elegance, functionality, and technological innovation. The first thing that I really loved about the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic is its design. The classic, timeless aesthetic of the watch is both sophisticated and versatile, which makes it suitable for any occasion, from casual outings to formal events. I also loved the rotating bezel. The watch feels incredibly comfortable on my wrist. The band is soft yet durable, and the watch itself is lightweight enough to wear all day without any discomfort. The customizable watch faces allow me to personalize the look to match my style, adding a touch of uniqueness to my everyday wear. Features and Performance The Galaxy Watch 6 Classic is packed with features that cater to both my fitness and productivity needs. The heart rate monitor, sleep tracker, and various fitness tracking modes help me stay on top of my health goals. I particularly appreciate the advanced sleep tracking feature, which provides detailed insights into my sleep patterns and helps me improve my rest. The watch's performance is smooth and responsive. Navigating through apps and menus is a breeze, thanks to the intuitive interface and powerful processor. The integration with my Samsung smartphone is seamless, allowing me to receive notifications, calls, and messages directly on my wrist. The voice assistant feature is also incredibly handy, enabling me to perform tasks hands-free. Apps and Functionality One of the standout aspects of the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic is the wide range of apps available. From fitness and health apps to productivity and entertainment, the watch has everything I need to manage my daily life effectively. The built-in GPS is accurate and useful for outdoor activities like running and hiking, while the music streaming apps keep me entertained during workouts. The watch's battery life is impressive, lasting up to two days on a single charge with moderate use. This longevity ensures that I don't have to worry about constantly recharging, even with all the features I use daily. Anyway, Watch 6 Classic is an exceptional smartwatch that combines style, comfort, and a host of powerful features. It has become an indispensable part of my daily routine, helping me stay organized, motivated, and connected. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast, a busy professional, or someone who appreciates high-quality wearable technology, the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic is a fantastic investment. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a reliable and stylish smartwatch.
It took me a long time to finally buy one of these watches because I didn't think I would use it for anything else except telling time. I've had the watch a couple of weeks already and find myself using it for a lot more. The obvious health stuff is great especially the sleep tracker. I love creating watch faces and I find some of the apps really useful. One of the best features for me is that I don't have to pull out my phone every time I get a text or notification. I can just look at my wrist.
Watch6 Classic is well made and feels comfortable. I had the Watch4 for over 2 years and would definitely recommended the classic much more durable. I fould thr 6 to have a better battery life than the 4. Seems to go 22 to 24 hours on a full charge vs 16 to 18 on the 4. My previous watch battery lasted up to 5 days on a single charge. I switched to the Samsung because it wotked best with my Samsung phone. Other than the battery life the only negative so far mine came with the S/M band. Would have liked the extra room the M/L offers.
The spinning Bezel is the ultimate reason why I did not go with the Watch7 to replace my original Frontier S3. My only complaint isn't even about the watch, it's the watch band. Trying to find a reasonbly price extra long wrist band for this watch has proven to be much the challenge. The watch itself so far has been awesome, and I have always liked the idea of being able to change the watch faces. Battery life is still the question however. Too soon to tell for this author.
I bought this as a replacement for my Galaxy Watch Active2 which I was using for health tracking, but it finally died after several years of spotless service. I don't think I've used all the features effectively, but I'm still learning about them. I do wish Samsung had larger bands available. The M/L band that came with this watch barely fits which his why I'm giving this 4 out of 5 stars. The official band that came with my Active2 was more comfortable, but this is so far a small price to pay more functionality.
The watch is fine but I'm annoyed with the fact that no one, including someone who works for Samsung, can explain to me why my Samsung classic 6 watch will not allow me to curse in my text messages when I speak my text out loud.. I'm sure this seems trivial to the Samsung folk but to me it's quite annoying, and to be honest I wouldn't buy another Samsung watch if this is the case simply because I'm not allowed to be myself when I'm speaking my text out loud
Doesnt work with all APPs. I configured my watch face and added google messages as a complication but I reset my watchface and google messages is no longer listed under default apps to add on watchface. Also, my ring app worked flawlessly on apple watch but on Calssic 6 not so well, I like the watch but disappointed in Samsung support and bugs the watch OS has. Even this review has a step to add photos but even that doesn't work.
This watch takes over a minute to boot up then another 30 to 45 seconds before you can start using it. I use the watch for 6 hours a day at work and only maybe half of my notifications come through, I see them on my phone but not the watch, some times it vibrates and other times it wont. I been through the settings a dozen times and watched many videos on setting it up. The notification indicator light also works sporadically, and swiping around the watch is not smooth. this was a upgrade from a samsung galaxy active2 watch that worked fine for 3 years, Very fustrated and disappointed.
