Been very happy with my GalaxyZ Flip phone. It fits in my pocket great which is what I was after. The condition of the refurbed phone was marked as 'good' but I couldn't find a mark on it. I'm still finding out the features it has but it's been great so far.

Cracking phone, great update from old skool S9 edge lol great features which I am still figuring out all in all great phone...If I could give 11 downside is no headphone Jack but easily solved by buying an adaptor but hey ho so far so good 👍

Love the flip convenient for bag when folded easy to open. BUT...battery life limited Even worse continuous updating changes settings....and AI is useless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the phone the features and processor is super fast , but the battery was already damaged, I was so disappointed now I need to get it a battery. The battery doesn't last an hour even when I am using the phone

I ordered a Blue/Blue/Gold and it came with damaged screen cover. I contacted Samsung and was told to send everything back for replacement and I will get a new one and to send the trade-in back too as it expires within 7 days. I contacted them a few days later and was told that it has been returned for a refund. I have lost my offers and my returned phone could be scrapped and to buy a new phone from scratch (meaning I won't get offers) She said ' nothing we can do'! So I have to order a new one as my trade-in is stuck with them. :-(

Worst Samsung phone I've ever had battery life awful the phone itself is ok and runs smoothly just to much weight considering how small it is when folded

Did not get on well with it screen bad when shut and open sent back triad it in and lost mont on it so bad I went and go iphone16 Mac so sad to leave android but you do have a problem with that phone hope this helps

It's already broken, when you open it up, it switches off. When it works well it is fine but you can't really have a flip phone that only works if it stays as a candy at.
