Really great phone and the trade in program was a breeze.

I transitioned from the Z Fold 3 to the Z Fold 6. Initially, I assumed that the design was identical, but it was evident that the device was significantly different in terms of form factor. However, it was necessary to utilize the device to comprehend the difference. I am particularly fond of small phone form factors, hence, the Z Fold 6 became a perfect fit for me.

As alway my favorite phone. My past folds unfortunately only lasted 1 year. I hope this one last longer.

I took it to my cell phone provider to activate it, but they couldn't connect. They said that it was locked and I should return it.

I don't know why Samsung design team making front display so narrow. It's too narrow to use as a phone when folded. People does not use inner screen on the way in busy envirnoment. This is one of the most expensive premium phone that has useless narrow folded front display, poor camera. Premium money should have premium wider front display and superior camera. Wake up Samsung team!! Please make front display more wider close to Galaxy S24 Ultra.

The idea of a folding phone is great. Samsung just can't figure it out. The screen brightness is terrible, and the reality is the small front screen is just useless. I regret ever getting the fold 6. Stick with the standard phone. Much better specs more useable screen this is the 6th generation and they still can't get it right many other phone companies have folds and even trifolds that are much farther ahead. At this rate don't bother until they come out with a fold 12 maybe by then it will be a useable phone with decent specs.

Do NOT buy a phone that bends. My z-fold 5 hinge got wonky exactly one-year and one month later--j-u-u-sst long enough to outlive the warranty. Now there's an ugly black line running down the screen along the hinge. And Samsung's cost for repair? The price of the phone. It doesn't matter that I treated this phone like royalty. Bending phones have a timer on how many times you can open it. It's like a pre-set lifespan, and there's nothing you can do about it.

Most problematic phone I've ever owned. For being a phone that is supposed to allow multi tasking, it won't allow me to open an app while it's connected to my vehicle's bluetooth without it powering off. Upon powering back on it will power down again over & over. The phone won't stay powered on until it's disconnected from the vehicle.

Brand new phone dead pixels on main screen. Samsung wont replace.
