Samsung Galaxy Note10+ N975U 256GB Factory Unlocked Smartphone - Aura Blue

The phone is excellent!!! Having the S10 for a while I have to say that the change doesn't feel huge! The phone looks and feels very similar to the S10. It's just a bigger, faster version. The front-facing camera is on a better location and quality-wise from the S10. The stylus is a great feature!!! I am using it more than I anticipated. The only thing that I don't like so far is the fact that they removed the heart rate monitor feature (one star down for that)! That is huge but I had to compromise. Obviously, I would like it cheaper and that's why one star down there as well. Overall, though a great phone!

I upgraded from an s7 edge and love this everything bout this note 10+. I love the spen, the big screen, even with an otterbox it is not too bulky for me. I love the handwriting feature, and live messages. I love the cameras and I love that it is 256gb right out the box. I cannot tell you how much I was having to delete stuff on my old phone only have 32gb. Thank you Samsung. You have a customer forever with me! <3

The Galaxy Note 10+, a device I didn't know I needed until I had it. A device like none other. I received my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ right after it was announced in Brooklyn, NY at the Unpacked event. From the moment I received the device, I haven't taken a single look at my previous phone. Literally, it's been on the shelf (and it's the Galaxy S10+ lol) Everything from the all day battery to the dynamic amoled display, this phone is a beast. As a father, I take plenty of photos and videos of my kids and wow, the cameras on this handset are outstanding. One of the most underrated features is Live Focus Video. Being able to blur out or apply special effects on my videos is just beyond me. My daughter is obsessed with AR doodles as well. Another feature I've grown to obsess over is the S Pen. All the new S Pen features are game changers. PENUP has developed to be a daily hobby of mine. I find it to be a stress reliever. Drawing out my emotions is now a little thing. And don't let me forget about the new internal memory. This phone is BLAZING fast. With the all new UFS 3.0 and f2fs file system combined with 12gb of RAM is phenomenal. I can go on for days but I'll stop while I'm ahead. The Galaxy Note 10+ is the best phone available. Plain and simple. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This device is outstanding. The design and performance is amazing. I don't know what else to say. It's that incredible. You won't want to put the device down. It's such a stunning device all around. The display improves year after year and with the Note 10 Plus it surely doesn't disappoint. It comes with a screen protector on it and it works flawlessly with the in display fingerprint scanner. The fingerprint scanner works great every time. I haven't had any issues with it. The S Pen functionality is great as always with a number of improvements and features. This device was a upgrade for me coming from the Note 8 which I really loved and never had any issues with. The phone can get a little slippery so I would put a case on it asap. I use Spigen Liquid Air case and it fits the phone perfectly and provides sufficient protection from accidental drops.

The phone is great, except for one thing. I use to own the Note 9, was very hesitant about upgrading, I should have followed my 1st mine. The Note 10+ is rather slow when it comes to downloading or just surfing the Internet, with my Note 9 people with other phones were amazed how I could download faster why they we still surfing, in this with the Note 10 Plus I'm very disappointed. I would also like to say the Earbuds are horrible, callers say the sound on the other end is horrible. I tried resetting them and now the sound is even lower than what it was at first. I've been a Samsung guy and will continue to be, but these products have been disappointing so far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've the phone but they took away some of my favorite features in my note 8, like the eye dropper tool in screen write which I used daily. I also miss my finger print reader on the back which was a lot faster than what I have now, at least for me. Also the on an off button placement feels so unnatural in use. Those are my complaints, But all in all I really like my phone

I've had my note since it's come out. And I've been using the note since the Note 5. Overall the phone is pretty good. They speak on how fast the phone is with the updated roms and so forth but at the end of the day it comes down to the carrier. I've seen no real difference in speed. The biggest disappointment is the removal of the headphone jack. This is the second time Samsung has done this and I don't know why they continue to do this knowing it didn't go well the first time they removed it. Samsung users laugh at apple users due to them having to use a dongel and now look at us. Please put the jack back on the phone. And Bixby needs updates as well as far as voice response and so on.

I honestly hate my samsung galaxy note 10 plus 5g. I wish I could afford to go back to my note 9 plus. Some features I liked about the 9 are not on the 10. And I havent found any feature I like better that is on the 10 that wasnt on the 9. I hate how I am in an app and my phone just goes to the main screen. Google assistant doesnt work well. Never had a problem on my 9. At the bottom I can select to close all apps and 75% of the time it takes me to my contacts. I have to reboot the phone several times a week and sometimes that doesnt help. I have regretted making this purchase but when you pay an arm and a leg for phones now you cant really go back. Your stuck!!

Text messages always delayed. Updates for android are no longer downloadable by network even if data is unlimited. Calls are not shown immediately when incoming, so ends up just ringing twice and sending call to voicemail. Phone alarm does not always work. Sometimes it goes off, sometimes it does not. Tried troubleshooting and issues are fixed for about an hour before issues return. Works like a cheap china knockoff. I have the Note10+ 512GB unlocked.

Very disappointed in this product versus the Samsung Note 9. The heart rate sensor is removed so you have to have another device to measure HR and integrate into Samsung Health! Very disappointed..Will glady return for the Note 9..Also Bixby is completely annoying and cannot be fully removed. Save your money!!!
