[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator based solely on the Samsung brand. The only appliances, phones, etc. that I have will be Samsung. Whenever anything goes out in my home, I replace it with a Samsung. Have had great experiences with this brand and everything replaced has never broken down and has always performed.

i purchased a 4 piece kitchen package based on this fridge. i had never purchased new kitchen appliances before and chose this set based on looks and it was in my price range. it is huge!!! previously we had a "regular" fridge plus an extra one in the garage. we no longer need the extra one as this one holds everything. i love the middle drawer, we use that for quick after school snacks for the kids. we've only had this kitchen set for 3 months and hope to be just as happy with it for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] where is the water filter part number? it is not listed anywhere on the product page or the user manual. the part # should printed in the user manual & also on the product info inside the frig on the left, or even on the filter twist knob. i searched filters & following the suggestions here looked at the specs. none of them listed this frig part numbers. so samsung doesn't sell a compatible filter? something is wrong. i love this frig though the ice maker isn't what i like. the cubes are cloudy & small. would love larger & clear ice cubes. my previous frig did this amazingly though it was built in 1996 so maybe no one makes a good ice maker anymore. one of the specs you can't review before buying a frig is what the ice looks like, no store ever sets up the ice maker. live an learn.

This was a replacement for my warranty on my previous Samsung fridge. I liked it is why I got another Samsung. I would have liked more adjustability with the shelf's. You can remove a shelf but not really adjust them like on my old one. Hooking up the smart app required tech support. My only other complaint is it drips water from dispenser so I now have a big water spot that won't clean off. I do like the ability to adjust temperature in drawer and fridge to different numbers. We put drinks in the drawer on a cooler temperature so they are super refreshing.

i have this fridge for about 30 months now and it's a nice looking fridge and works well. however, the finish on the stainless steel is now peeling and the thickness of the steel seems thin. i am not sure why stainless steel would peel like the issue with the black stainless finish. also, the steel must be thin because it dents very easily. the fridge i replaced was 11 years old stainless frigidaire and never had issues with the finish.

The refrigerator itself is good. The ice maker is absolutely terrible!!! It crushes half of the ice it dispenses when on cubed ice. Also, why is there not a light for the water/ice dispenser??? Nowhere in the description does it say there is no water/ice dispenser light. Complete waste of money!

do not buy it, in a short time the ice maker stopped working and after reading the comments it is a factory defect and they are not responsible the quality of the products is very bad the same thing happened to me with the dryer it no longer works after 1 year it stopped working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have had our new 4 door flexzone refrigerator for 3 months now and the ice maker fan is now howling thru out the entire house.

i bought this refrigerator as a whole kitchen suite. it has been nothing short of a nightmare. it pops a bangs so loud that my dogs run from it. i will never ever buy another samsung product again. this is my 2nd time trying to write a review!! it won't let me post what i really have to say. but that is how samsung wants it! they don't want to deal with you after the product is sold. i guess (know) that i am done with samsung products!!
