This cover/keyboard is a must have for your galaxy tab, especially if youre a power user. It not only protects it, but basically turns it into a laptop. It's magnetic so you can easily remove it if that's what you prefer. Samsung Dex is set to start as soon as it is connected which is very convenient.
A fantastic addition to my Tab S9 plus. Top quality keyboard fits perfectly and feels great with positive key feedback. Couldn't be happier.
Nice keyboard cover that you can use on your lap easily. The key movement is fine and the lightness is a bonua as well.
I love everything about this keyboard. The only reason I gave it four stars, instead of five is because it could be a little sturdier. I also wish that these keyboards had some kind of protection on the tablet itself. The ease of the keyboard and connection are pretty great though. I do recommend.
Definitely makes it easier to create word docs. Slim and lightweight but took a bit of practice to open and close without the tablet falling away from the case. Holder for pen is nice. All around well made and good value. Its not as thick as some others used, so would limely upgrade for traveling.
it's thin and light, works as advertised (with S10+). There is a compartment for the pen and it juts out. Normally using this will be okay but i'm afraid that if I pack in between books or in luggage, because it sticks out, it can be damaged. (feels like having a straw attached to your keyboard cover) I wish samsung would make the pen slightly thinner so that it can be attached to the pad itself (or slide out like the Note series phones)
It's fun and fast and responsive. I have yet to really learn how to operate it well. But I bought this partly to be able to interact with OneNote. 90% of my time is on a PC but I wanted to be able to be in a meeting and scribble notes down (more casual than typing away at a keyboard, especially with 1on1 interviews). Although I was assured that this tabel seamlessly runs all Microsoft software, what I have quickly learned is that that it runs a dumbed down version of it. Many editing and stylistic features are not available on the table. For instance, the speech to text feature that is prominately displayed int he adds... that is only for "Samsung Note", not OneNote.
Overall I like this cover. Unfortunately the Ctrl key does not work, and apparently this is a common problem. It's frustrating that a Samsung keyboard doesn't work well with a Samsung tablet.
The keyboard works well as a keyboard but since it's integrated into the case, it makes it difficult to use the tablet as a tablet. If you fold the case behind the tablet to hold it while you use it or to lay it flat, the keys wind up facing outward. They're not connected to the tablet in that configuration, so you don't need to worry about button presses, but they make holding the tablet awkward.
Wanted a keyboard so I could use this as a low-tech laptop for work, school, and travel. That said, this barely functions as such. You don't have a choice in the angle of the screen and the keyboard doesn't always connect when "plugged into" the tablet. I also have issues with the lack of a track pad, making it necessary to use the screen to navigate websites that are not always touchscreen friendly. Ended up getting a different one for a quarter of the price that is much more flexible/adaptable to my needs.
