Samsung LS01D 65" 4K The Serif QLED UHD Smart TV (2024)

I love having my blinds open all day to let the light in and having a tv with an anti glare screen that still produces Great colours all day is perfect for me.

The Serif TV is more than just a television — it's a statement piece. Its ambient mode blends beautifully with any décor, displaying art, patterns, or useful info when not in use. It looks stunning in the living room, and I always get compliments on it. People often ask if it's even a real TV or just a modern frame , definitely a head-turner that adds both style and function to the space. Still in love with this TV...

Everyone who enters the house wants to know what kind of TV it is Guest never asks what kind of decoration we have but this tv, literally everyone wants to know which company thks TV is. Not only its beautiful but also picture quality is very nice and matte screen is a nice feature.

It's the best tv I've owned yet. The brightness on the TV is adequet it's not too dark like some tvs can be. The reflection is good because of the matte finish u doesn't have too much glare. The interface is top of the line. I just Love everything about this TV honestly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Weather i'm waking up, or eating a meal, or just spending time with family enjoying myself, I will never get tired of how great the picture looks watching new movies or getting lost in the graphics on these new games. The Serif QLED 4K LS01D that's something i've come to enjoy all around even if I have to share. When i get to the end of the week and I can even hook my computer up to it.That's when the quality of the picture truly comes into play for me. I would put this on one of the must haves when it comes to true entertainment.

My tv came with a defective IR sensor. The remote would not work and Samsung sent me a new one. The remote still did not work. I have contacted Walmart in regard to my 5 year warranty plan that I BOUGHT, and they are unwilling to help me because the tv was delivered this way. I am happy with the TV but extremely disappointed with the Allstate warranty program and Samsung's customer service and their manufacturer warranty being voided only after 90 days.

The packing container arrived damaged with a huge slit down the screen side and dented in, rather than risk potential defects I never removed the product from the container and requested a return. I spent 3 days with walmart customer service miscommunicating and canceling shipping labels. Infact, I was lied to that the agent had scheduled shipping and no one showed up, and the same agent when I asked for confirmation of my email gave me someone else's email. Very unprofessional. I finally had to call Fed ex myself and talk to management to arrange a pickup, however Fed Ex sent one driver who would not pickup and left, the next day they sent a female driver by herself to lift a 65” heavy TV. The entire experience has been extremely disappointing and it will be weeks before I'm refunding after all this disappointment with walmart customer service lying and miscommunating followed by Fed Ex not picking up until I escalated to supervisor…spent many hours/days dealing with just trying to get picked up and now have to wait weeks for refund.
