[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my microwave. I read all the reviews beforehand and all the negative issues are not an issue with this one. Maybe they improved it? Love the 30 sec button, the ease of use. It's pretty and sleek looking! Works like a charm every time and the time syncs with my Samsung range and my phone so if the time changes or my electricity goes out the clock will sync up and I don't have to change it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The all-glass design makes it really easy to clean and looks great in the kitchen. It's also very quiet, which I love. The Wi-Fi features are easy to use and make it super convenient and efficient overall.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this microwave. I old microwave head very dim numbers and letters so it was very hard to set. This one has a very bright, easy touch control panel that hides everything but the clock after a few minutes. It is deep with a good size carousel. It has great cooking options that you will have to experiment with. Overall, a great upgrade at a reasonable price. You get a lot cleaner look with the big glass door in the hidden controls. No regrets at all.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look and sleekness of this microwave. My one complaint it the touchscreen isn't responsive enough and sometimes it is hard to get the screen to turn on. Requires multiple touches to wake up.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the microwave, only complaint I have is when the controls go off it is a pain to get them to come on without opening the door. Other than that I recommend this to anyone shopping for an over the range microwave.
As beautiful as this unit is, (and I love the sleek design), it is seriously lacking features, and it's not intuitive to figure out. My biggest beef is the 'timer' is buried in the menu. It should be it's own button. The auto cook features tell you nothing. I have no idea, most of the time, how to run it, or if it knows what kind of food I am trying to heat, defrost, or melt. If you love popcorn and hotdogs, it's probably fine.
The microwave advertises a "Auto Connectivity" feature (see page 19 in the User Manual) that says: "While the hood and cooktop are connected, the hood fan will automatically turn on when you turn on the cooktop. The hood fan will also turn off automatically when you turn off the cooktop." But no one on the Samsung chat nor SmartThings phone support nor Appliance support was able to help identify how to enable Auto Connectivity, nor which ranges work with Auto Connectivity. So don't buy a new Bespoke Microwave assuming that it will link with your Bespoke Range and have the advertised ability to "Sync your microwave and compatible range or cooktop so ventilation and lighting turns on and off automatically, saving you time, energy, and extra effort.¹"
I don't know I have wanted to give this an honest review, by waiting some months. It's been 9 months I have the whole bespoke kitchen. And I will say it says fingerprint resistant- that is not true, fingerprints every where. After 9 months it' just stopped working. Literally tried everything Samsung tech said from online and nothing worked. This microwave does not heat up food properly, and excessive amount of time is needed to heat up the simplest of food. Example popcorn button does not pop the popcorn all the way through it will burn but bag will not be inflated. Or reheating food is a chore constantly choosing more time, then flipping over the food for all sides to be warm.
We've had this microwave for little more than two years and bought it mainly because it matched our kitchen. Now it suddenly stopped heating food even though everything else still works. This happened out of nowhere, sometime yesterday or possibly before the New Year, and it's especially frustrating since we don't even use it that often. Super disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased with microwave with the assumption that it will be good in heating. It is a big disappointment that the food has to be heated more time than the previous microwave. Also, the fan sound is too noisy and touch controls are hit or miss.
