It's so fast I feel that the store is so safe, especially when you have children. I like that all the controls are on top of the stove, not in front of the stove Convection is amazing french fries chicken everything comes out amazing also, the look of the stove is gorgeous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are totally happy with our new Samsung Bespoke appliances. The rapid heat induction makes cooking fast and cleaning easy. The built-in air fry capability means we have one less appliance on the countertop. When we were deciding to remodel our old worn-down kitchen, we decided to get a set of Samsung Bespoke appliances - Range, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Microwave oven. And we literally designed and chose the kitchen cabinetry around these appliances. The resulting color match and lines were perfect. We absolutely love the resulting kitchen.

I recently purchased this Induction range and really have enjoyed. Read the reviews and has lived up to expectations. Slight hum with cooking but expected that. Roiling boil of 2 quarts of water in under 3 mins. Very happy about that. The cooking tempertaure adjust quickly, unlike the electric model we are replacing. Very happy! Between Induction Range and Air Fry feature I can quickly and easily make majority of my meals. I've also used the steam clean feature which worked exactly as described. Very happy I bought this.

We owned the original Samsung Chef Duo Induction Range purchased back in 2015. The unit was amazing but began to break down more often so we purchased this Bespoke model thinking we were getting the same quality. Don't be fooled. This unit doesn't feel the same at all. The top scratches so easily that it isn't worth the money. We made it 8 years on the old range without a scratch, same pans, this unit looks horrible within 2 weeks. We clean our top after every use, we love cooking and our old range was our pride. This one is cheaply made and it shows.

Glass cracked before I even used the cooktop when it was less than 2 months old and I had not even moved in. Warranty department said it was not covered because it did not happen on installation. It still heats up but What part number do I need to replace it? Range is NE63BB861112AA.
