[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave combination to replace a 17-year-old GE Microwave -Oven Combination, as Microwave part was gone bad, and GE could not repair it or install a new one in its place. As I already had a Samsung Black Steel 3 door Refrigerator, I was looking for only Samsung Black steel Microwave-Oven Combination product. Out of three available models, I purchase a middle model (price and options). I am happy with it so, far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this wall oven / microwave combo when I had new kitchen built. I love the sleek look of this wall oven and the black stainless finish. The microwave is very easy to use. I lit that the display turns off after use saving energy. With just one touch anywhere the display turns on and you can choose from multiple settings on both the microwave and oven. I will say that I also have a gas flex oven in my kitchen and this electric oven cook much more hot than the gas does. I simply assist the temperature down when cooking and everything comes out perfectly. I have owned this wall oven for two years without any issue whatsoever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance is amazing. From the first moment of receiving this Microwave/ Oven combo we fell in love. The look of this Samsung is beautifully modern and sleek. It's black stainless looks better in person than it looks in pictures and the control panel is easy to read and operate. I love that the Microwave has a cheet sheet right on the inside of the door for all the cooking presets that you always have to pull the book out to get, very convenient. At first it takes a little getting used to pulling the door down on the Microwave , instead of to the side like most other units but now I like it even more, also a very convenient feature from Samsung. This combo unit works flawlessly. All the cooking times are spot on and the convection portion saves an immense amount of time on many items without sacrificing taste. The microwave portion of this combo is a worthy mate to the amazing oven Samsung has delivered in this appliance. The oven is the quality of some of your commercial units used today. The door and Handle are very sturdy and easy to grab. It's rack with the sliders makes it a breeze to even cook some of your heaviest items that you would usually struggle with. When it comes to the other racks without the sliders they are still very fluid sliding in and out with ease. The temperature and all of my cook times have been flawless. Being able to set my preheat and walk away knowing that I am going to get a message from my oven when it's ready is a very futuristic and useful feature on this Samsung combo. The smart features of this and most of Samsung's appliances is where all cutting edge and something we will all not want to live without was we experience this technology. In conclusion of this review , this appliance is amazingly beautiful and modern with all the features you could want in a new Microwave/ Convection Oven combo.

so far the combo works great except the turntable in the microwave is not working. according to things ive searched the plate may need to be replaced because of tread wear, however i cannot find the apprpriate size. the turntable spins when the plate is not on it. very frustrating

The plastic roller ring cracks in the very center causing the heavy glass turntable to stop turning. This happens with normal use. Example: a family site case dish of food. Samsung needs to fix this design flaw - and not by just replacing the roller ring, which will break again in another two weeks.

we have had the unit two years year one.... we tried the self cleaning function and the oven over heated and locked up and we could not open the door. when we called for help we needed the ssn... and guess what it is inside the oven. it took approximately two months before we got it fixed. year two we turned the broiler on and after about a minute.... the oven filled with sparks and smoke. the broiler element burned out and it blew the circuit board. that was 5 weeks ago and we still do not have an oven. nothing but major issues with the oven and nothing but headaches and delays . we think we have a lemon but samsung won't give a new oven unless the repair guys says it is bad.... and all repair guy wants to to is rack up repair trips not happy at all

Our combo is less than 4 months old and not used often. The roller ring has already broken. Ridiculous at this price point!!

we bought this unit mid 2019. the whole system died (no power whatsoever) about 4 weeks ago. they showed up for repairs and the tech said one of the microwave boards was broken. he changed the board. three days later, it broke again. he showed up again, after another two weeks (imagine a month without a microwave and oven!). changed the board, still broken. he suspects the display board and of course they have to order the part. he is supposed to come back in a week. So far 4 weeks without microwave and oven. Not happy with product at all!

DO NOT BUY!!! Only a 1 star because a 0 star is not available. Incredibly disappointed with this product. We have been loyal Samsung product owners and when we remodeled our kitchen we foolishly decided to buy all Samsung appliances (oven/microwave, free range cooktop, dishwasher, and refrigerator). Nevermind the refrigerator ice maker has continued to break over and over and the dishwasher leaks out the front, but this oven/microwave combo has now broken for the 4th time. The first 3 were the microwave and now the oven no longer works. We have had this unit repaired the 3 previous times but cannot continue to use this unreliable and faulty product. Extremely disappointed. We will never buy another Samsung product again.
