[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this range for our new home and it has brought a level of refinement and modernity to our kitchen that has been truly rewarding. The quick boil element performs admirably and the ability to air fry has added a new variety of dinner options.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can honestly say I am beyond pleased with our new stove. I had some concerns at first with its design since it has the knobs on the front of the stove. I have a young child in the home and was afraid he would mess with it or turn it on but the pinch and twist knobs have done wonders and are so far, my favorite safety feature of the stove. Its very user friendly and has a multitude of settings for me to choose from when I'm cooking. I like the overall aesthetic of the stove and it fits into our kitchen design pretty well too, which is a bonus! Its design is simple and a bit modern. It doesn't have the raised back piece most stoves have and instead the oven ventilation is to the back on top. It doesn't get hot spots on the corners while I cook and I really like have it being designed this way makes it flush with my counter top. It makes my life easier when cleaning. It isn't induction, it's electric, but it has the hot surface sensor clearly displayed which helps my children know not to be near the stove while I'm cooking if the cook top is still hot. The very first time we cooked with it my children wanted to try it out. They accidentally made a mess while cooking and it was very easy to clean. Safety and convenience are a big deal for me in my busy life. I was able to set the stove up on the Smart Things app. I can't star or preheat the stove unless I'm home obviously (that wouldnt be safe) but being able to set up the cook time, type, and temp from wherever I am be it out running errands or at work and calling home to have my teenage son simply press the button to start it so it's preheated before I get home has been wonderful! The express burner for boiling works wonders. I had a lot of water boiling within 6 minutes and it would have taken double or triple the time on my old stove! It has been a great addition for our household and we have been beyond pleased with its performance! I have a hard time making puchases. I over think all the details and worry I will suffer from buyers remorse but with this stove I can say I haven't regretted it one bit. I look forward to cooking many meals with it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good quality products which can be monitored from your phone
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really enjoy this unit so far. A few things thatcould be improved- you can easily turn on the burners by accidentally hitting them, it does not jump out at you that a burner is still hot. Overall it's been great.
This dumb range has an auto “on” feature which cannot be disabled. This thing drives me crazy, every single time you open the oven door when it is not on, it prompts it to start heating. It sits there taunting you. Also the cooktop timer is hidden in settings, nothing smart about this thing. Worst range we've ever had, they concentrate on AI way too much, just make a working oven that doesn't try to predict your next move. Make things simpler. We are literally going to return this and just go with another brand. It was a terrible decision to go with Samsung, the fridge sucks too. Returning a few Samsung appliances.
Nice features and pretty but impossible to keep stove top clean, you look at it and gets dirty. Alos the knobs are cheap, the lettering wears off when cleaned, they grow wobbly over time and are easily turned on by accident. Buying upgraded replacement knob is impossible due to the 3-element large eye knob being unavailable, your only choice is OEM knob from Samsung which have the issues I just spoke of. I love Samsung electronics but would never purchase appliances from them again.
I have had this range for nearly a year and I don't like most of what it has to offer. Like another reviewer, I have had issues with burners set to low deciding to overheat and burn whatever I was cooking. You need to constantly be there watching, which no one has any time to do. This obvious design issue is a safety hazard. I am on the verge of replacing this oven. I have 4 Samsung Bespoke appliances. I love the fridge and dishwasher. The stove and microwave/fan are useless.
As an experienced home cook, this is by far the worst range I have ever owned. The burners are inconsistent and defective — they heat unevenly and unpredictably, causing food to burn, something that is not typical for me. Twice I have ended up with completely burnt rice due to burners being defective- I've been making rice on the stovetop for 20 years and this has never happened to me. For anyone who takes cooking seriously, this alone makes it unacceptable. The design choices make it clear this product was built for looks, not functionality. There is a deep crevice running across the front of the range that constantly traps crumbs and grease and is nearly impossible to keep clean, even with specialized tools. You also can't hang a dish towel off the handle, something that should be a simple convenience in any kitchen. The racks are too small to fit two half-sheet pans side by side, which all my previous ranges were able to do. And the oven control button is placed in a way that makes it easy for small children to press and fiddle with, not to mention you need to press it a total of 4 times just to start the oven, which seems excessive. Overall, I deeply regret investing in this product. It may be fine for someone who cooks rarely, but for avid or serious cooks, it's simply not functional. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
Bought this in October. Didn't even last 21/2months. I was cooking on the top thr unit started smoking from under the nobs then a spark and triggered the breaker off. Easy fire starter. Seems like electrical issue. Didn't feel safe having this unit in my home.
Fire hazard, knobs are easy to turn , does not lock. One of the ranges stopped working after first year. Paint chipped off
