the burner controls actually adjust through the whole dial. most ranges i have had before, at least a third to a half of the way through the dial the gas level stayed the same, high, 6,5,4 were all just high and then the last third adjusted medium to low. the illuminated knobs are nice to tell you the burn is on. the split oven is really convenient, though you cant use the top part as a conventional oven only, convection, i guess because the burner is in the bottom of the oven, the same way you can broil in the bottom oven. i love the wifi connection feature though i wish it would allow you to set/sync the timer to the smart things app to notify you when you are away from the kitchen. i also wish the timer done bell was louder, hard to hear over the fan in my range hood.

It is easier to use than we anticipated because we are not tech savvy. The air fryer is amazing too! It cleans wonderfully. We would highly recommend this stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the things that I like about it. It's an air fryer and It has the ability to do multiple things in the oven. But one thing that is a concern to me is that it has Wi-Fi capability. And sometimes i'm second guessing myself if I turn it on power or off.

It's a great looking oven and cooks well for the most part. Pros: love the different size burner options, the digital controls are sleek, the built-in temp probe for cooking pork loin is super easy to use, goodbye messy thermometer. Cons: 2 of the burners don't always light right away. sometimes requires a second try. (we hooked it up ourselves, maybe thats it) we stopped using the split oven feature it just didn't seem to cook the bottom food correctly. will need to try that again. the app controls are pointless, although you can set you recipe Temps while you're not home, someone still needs to be present to "start" the oven. so there's no way to preheat on your way home, say. not sure who really benefits from that feature, but i get its prob a safety thing. we tried chicken wings in the "air fryer" (never again) - nearly started a grease fire. Fries and mozzarella sticks are good but baking seems to give similar results. overall we love the low profile and the cooktop cleans up really great. We would recommend for sure.

i was so excited to get this range, despite the failure to deliver it on the scheduled date. there are a couple of things to be aware of. first, there are 4-6 small plastic clips on the inside of the oven that are not very visible, and there is no instruction to remove them prior to use. we discovered this when we used the oven for the first time and they melted everywhere. second, the grill/griddle in the middle does not get hot, and we could barely cook pancakes. air-fry feature was also disappointing.

Less than 4 old! CFO code! Samsung CS not helpful. Extended warranty service tech tried to get replacement parts, not available. Have to replace stove as oven doesn't work! Purchase date 6/19, delivered 9/2019 kitchen renovation and install May 2020. Other than it's not truly a double oven had lived this range to this point. So disappointed with Samsung. Will not purchase another Samsung appliance!

The delivery came all demage one week pass a didn't receive any call for nobody anout this !! I call Walmart until now don have nothing anout

Order since January 11 and still waiting. Its February 05 and still waiting.
