When I saw the box it came in I was a little concerned because I thought it would be small but it wasn't. The assembly of the plastic cover was very hard to put on because the screw that was provided was very hard to remove and we had to make the hole on the plastic cover bigger just for it to fit but finally we ended up putting together. I was provided a wire that was to go in the front to protect from like hitting the fence but I wasn't able to put it on because it didn't provide any holes to put it on. I didn't like how the saw piece was cutting through the thick pieces in the grass so ended up just using the single blades. Those worked great until they hit the wooden fence and bent. The first one hit the fence and that sent the blade into the plastic and it broke the plastic cover. The second blade hit the fence and it bent. Also the directions on how to put together was horrible. Couldn't really see the pictures and the instructions it gave were not that great but I figured it out.

No instructions were included with this trimmer and there were a lot of working parts to try to put together. We contacted the company but never received any info.

easy to assemble but cheap plastic. As soon as I first used it the wire runs out quickly y and the blade bent on first use. Returning it %26 looking for better one

It was a resale and I can't return it I didn't open it in time, but it must of been hard to put together for the other person because the screw head was striped and nothing would go to gather for me either. shame on Walmart.

Got the HOTREE 21V trimmer out of the box and put it together. Worked, but once I put one of the blades on it, it never worked again. I tried everything to make sure it was put together correctly, to no avail. The instructions were limited and didn't seem to match well with the trimmer.

absolute Garbage, lacks power, instructions are very vague, put plastic grass blade on and 1st time i got near concrete both sides of blade broke, switched to the cable style blade and the wire came out on both sides within 2 minutes of use, no where to purchase replacement blades, no wonder it was so cheap dont waste your time and money

assembled the product but had to use my screwdriver because the one that comes with it did not work well. charged the batteries but the trimmer never worked, batteries showed full charge but did not work

Literally used it for 5 mins stopped working. Maybe it needs to cold down let it cool for 30 mins still doesn't work. Battery reads 100 still nothing.

there are no directions at all no website and no phone number to call It doesn't seem like a bad item if I can figure out how to put the strings on !

Might work okay.... BUT ASSEMBLY AND INSTRUCTIONS WERE MISSING. There is no easy way to request these on Walmart site!
