Sloppy customer service.
Upon receiving the TV and opening the box, it became apparent that one whole corner of the screen and casing was cracked. I contacted you that afternoon and you forwarded the information to your shipper. I received an e-mail from them 2 days later. They were under the impression that I no longer required the TV, which is not true. I just want it replaced. The following day I received an e-mail from Walts TV stating that I would receive a shipping lable to return it to them at which time they would be going thru an inspection (1 or 2 days) and then ship me a new one which is going to take more time. I'm sorry the money for the TV was taken from my account and paid for on Nov. 26th. Now I have to wait more time to get this resolved. I HAVE NO TV!! Seems there has to be a better way of serving your customers.
