I use the shopping list all the time which updates to my Smart things App and I can see what I need while at the grocery store. The middle cold drawer my kids absolutely love it. We fill it with all of their favorite drinks and they know where to go to get their hydration. The fridge itself stays nice and cold and has the camera that looks inside for those days that you ask yourself if you need more milk. I definitely recommend this fridge.

This is probably the most beautifully designed refrigerator I have ever laid my eyes upon from the shiny black fingerprint proof stainless steel to the integrated touchscreen and easy open but meticulously crafter handles. It is accented in the most pleasant ice blue led. The inside of the refrigerator is bright I can easily see what's in the back of the fridge without moving everything in the front. I'm not the most tech savvy person but using the touchscreen was incredibly easy since it's almost like my galaxy phone. I can easily ask Bixby to play music or to show me my cameras and it instantly responds. The touchscreen allows me to view shopping lists, what's int the fridge without opening it, to leave notes for other family members, play my favorite music that resounds throughout multiple rooms, add an assortment of favorite family pictures as a screensaver and see notifications for my other appliances. It always delights me that when I close the door the screen does a little “wobble effect” of my pictures. I like that I can access recipes to try out also! The refrigerator has so much space inside, spill proof shelves, a slide shelf if I have a large bottle to put in, and an ice maker that produces plenty of ice with the ice max. I only ever drank water from a bottle until I got this refrigerator. There is a water filter that makes my water taste so refreshing and the it dispenses it chilled! The water filter is located in the fridge and easily accessible for changing it. Like I said I'm not the best with technology but this fridge connects all my other household appliances giving me notifications when they are finished, allows me to continue my TV show while I'm in the kitchen baking and allows me to view my cameras. The flex zone drawer is really a great convenience with the divider that keeps everything in its place. The freezer has a very large drawer for storage and smaller drawer on top for smaller items. I can't believe there is this much room in a 22 cubic foot refrigerator. I love the custom built in look with the countertop depth fridge. When I think of looking for luxury in an item I think of cars, I never knew such luxury could exist in a refrigerator. The handles on the drawers lift slightly and the draw pulls out with ease making it very easy for me to access everything I need. I am very conscious of how much energy my appliances use and I am able to monitor this easily through the smartthings app. I can also see inside my fridge when I'm out which allows me to know when I am out of milk or eggs. This refrigerator has opened a world of technology to me and truly helped keep me connected to my home while I'm away.

Instantly drawing them in to caress it like a siren's call. Thankfully Samsung made this beauty in fingerprint resistant black stainless steel. It looks like a piece of art in my house against my white cabinets! I have a door located next where my fridge sits so it was imperative that I have a counter depth fridge. I wasn't expecting the sheer size and volume this masterpiece had to offer when it showed up! There are so many benefits to this fridge it's hard to know where to start. Samsung has always made their appliances sleek and beautiful which entices you to touch and admire it but also seamlessly incorporated a Family Hub with a 21.5” touchscreen with full HD resolution! The screen turns this fridge into not only a core appliance but an interactive piece of technology that no one can resist. You can align schedules and calendar's with family members, create to do and shopping lists, play music on the premium speaker whilst tirelessly slaving over the stove for your family's meal, and even play around drawing doodles. This fridge is capable of connecting to all your other smart enabled Samsung devices. Watching TV or a video on your phone not wanting to stop and prep for meal? Easily convert the touchscreen into your own personal kitchen monitor so you can do both at the same time! I am able to actually distract my puppy from trying to get at the food on the counter while I'm cooking by playing a video of her on here! The fridge monitors itself, letting you know if the door is open (so very helpful), if the water filter needs to be changed and even when items in your fridge are out of date (you need to add them to a list of what's inside your fridge for this option). I haven't even got to the best part…this fridge comes equipped with 3 cameras in the door that allow you to actually see what is in your fridge in real time while at the grocery store. You can not see what is the doors just on the shelves. The inside boasts of plentiful room for all your food, adjustable shelves, a half shelf that folds up for larger items to fit below and temperature-controlled drawers. The water filter is placed between the two bottom drawers for easy access. The ice maker and water dispenser are located in the front door and you can easily fit a 20fz cup under with room to spare. The only thing I would have liked more was a bit more storage space in the actual doors themselves but this is a very small sacrifice to make for all the benefits and options packed into this fridge. I never noticed the difference in having a fridge with fixed handles as opposed to the easy open handles until I used this fridge. It might seem small or silly but the door handles make the drawers open as easily as though there were gliding across a sheet of ice. The twin metal cooling seems to help my items stay fresher longer. There is a power freeze and power cool option which I found so urgently handy as my old refrigerator was full when this was delivered. I was worried I might lose a few things but the refrigerator cooled very quickly without any casualties in the process! There is a Flex Zone drawer that you can store snacks, beverages, vegetables or my favorite wine. The Flex Zone drawer has an adjustable slider to hold whichever items you choose to store in there from rolling around and is able to be set to the optimal temperature for Deli, Beverage, Meat or Wine. All these settings are easily controlled from the smartthings app including the power freeze, power cool and ice maker on/off. The freezer drawer is the bottom drawer. I was wondering how much room could possibly be left when I pulled it open. To my surprise it has a deep bottom drawer that holds a large amount of food and top drawer that slides out for things we grab more often (like ice cream). I have to say I couldn't recommend this refrigerator more to anyone. I'm not sure how Samsung will ever top this fridge but I am so completely over the moon that I have the pleasure of owning this!

We really liked the color, not sure if we were going to like the black stainless, but it really goes well with our counters. organizing the shelves was simple and worked perfect for what we have in there. setting up the Family hub was a little bit of a task. There were several updates needed, seemed like it would never end. After all updates completed started loading with pictures, Samsung and Gmail accounts. Everything runs very well. Installed necessary apps on phone, the fridge and phone work flawlessly. I am going to run further testing and will be back soon. After using my fridge for a week, using the inside cameras to shop, add to shopping list and seeing what is about to expire, it has made our shopping easier and less complicated. Being able to send and receive memos, posting on the white board makes for fun and amusing communications with the whole family. Using the Family Hub screen as a monitor has helped with cooking, i.e. watching YouTube how to's. Walking by my fridge, I get watch a whole array of pictures from all of our libraries. The kids like using the memo and white board the most to leave funny comments. Listening to music is easy, matter of fact setting everything up was simple and all runs just like a phone or PC would. It is Counter Depth French Door and it is the quietest refrigerator I have ever owned; I liked the black beauty, it's sleek look took our kitchen's appearance up a notch. Black finish with fingerprint resistant reduces smudges and minimize cleaning. This refrigerator is gorgeous and modern with lots of feature. This refrigerator has enough room and drawers inside for our family needs. With double metal cooling at the back of the fridge that works to cool the foods more efficient refrigeration. The door shelves are adjustable which makes it nice. Inside adjustable shelf can be slide-in or flip-up, to store tall items with ease. we are actually able to get a 1-gallong milk bottle in the right-side door it is little squished but it fit. The middle flex zone drawer is cool. You can use it as a beverage/wine/meat. Initially there was an issue with water dripping from water dispenser. I called Samsung customer service, they suggested to clear air block from water dispenser which addressed the issue. I'm able to use your smartphone to control the temperature and monitor content of fridge remotely. I really like the door alarm where it would alert you if you forgot to close the fridge door. I like the fact that I can access the inside of the fridge while shopping to see what we need instead of calling someone at home. We have loads of fun while cooking from listen to music from Spotify/Amazon Music, mirror TV/Mobile Screen. Quickly uploaded latest photos my phone to refrigerator using family hub app and my kids loves custom home screen with Family Board and adding personalized pictures, stickers, drawings, and handwritten notes. I am still figuring out other features like Bixby. Pros: Easy to Use, Beautiful Looks, Lots of Features, Stylish, Smart Cons: The instructions are not clear, Squished one Gallon Milk Bottles for door shelfs

It's roomy! It's versatile! It's like a mini computer. The flexibility of the drawers is a PLUS! And WOW the anti fingerprints outer material is on POINT - makes cleaning EASY!!! Just LOVE all those extra features! This is a must have for everyone!

This refrigerator far exceeded any expectations that I had. I love having the family hub on the fridge, it is great for putting together a shopping list, and it's nice to listen to music on it while in the kitchen. The camera feature to look inside the fridge from the app on my phone is nice. I no longer have to call my wife to see if we need milk. One feature about the camera is that it produces its own tags. They automatically generated and turned our feta into wasabi, crescent rolls into ranch dressing, although it did get the eggs right. I was concerned about the ice maker, it is smaller than our old one, but the smaller ice cubes fit more into the holder. So there hasn't been any issues with running out. The crushed ice feature does take a long time though, but since the cubes are smaller than our old ones, I don't used the crushed ice feature now. Our old fridge was 28 cubic feet, and while this one is 22 cubic feet, it almost seems like there is more room. Everything fits great, with a lot of room to spare. My favorite feature is the flex drawer, we had planned on using it for drinks, but ended up using It as a deli drawer. It is great not to have to cram everything into a deli drawer like we have had to in the past. That is by far the best feature that I wasn't expecting. The freezer is a nice size, the only gripe I have about it is that I wish the top basket slid back a little further to make it easier to get items out of the lower basket. I have been playing around a lot with the hub, it's nice that we can not only listen to music, but we can pull up our ring video cameras, checkout recipes, and control our family calendar. A really cool feature with the recipes, is if you find one you like, you can hit one button, and it will add all of the ingredients to your shopping list. Overall I am very happy with this refrigerator.

Save yourself the headache. Purchase a different fridge. Samsungs quality has gone down drastically. Do some research and find honest reviews on their fridges. Look up the HUGE lawsuit they are dealing with right now because of their fridges. Ours stopped working in 5 years. Do Not buy.
