I love this fridge. There are so many ways to stay organized with this fridge. Shelves and drawers. It stays so cool and I love the ice maker. Most people say they love the lights inside. They are LEDs. It is also counter level and so it gives a little more space in the kitchen. It's a great refrigerator and you will love it too.

The product: The design is perfect. We love the center drawer. Even though it is 2 cf smaller than our other fridge, it feels like it has more space. The ability to control temps from an app is cool... still trying to figure out when we will use that function. The ice maker is small and takes awhile to churn & dump ice. It is easy to remove from the fridge. There is a high pitched sound that bothers me a little but my husband can't hear it. He keeps telling me that I'll get used to it. The delivery: I purchased from Sam's and it appears to be Samsung that manages the delivery through XPO. There was constant & courteous contact and product was received before anticipated date. Every appliance should be delivered through this company!

The frig over all is really, REALLY nice. I love the smudge resistant surface and the sleek design. The only thing I can say negative is sometimes it makes some strange noises. But over all I'd buy again. Do take in consideration this is so far, I've only had the frig for about a month now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is good. The ice maker is garbage. It is small and has stopped working. Finding out of warranty service has been a nightmare, and still haven't been able to get someone here.. Those who were recommended by Samsung won't come to my locality. So, no ice for over a month.

Nothing but hassle, the icemaker kept freezing up and I had to keep defrosting it, in the end I just gave up. The fridge keeps clogging up with ice now so food goes off too quickly. It's also been bad on wear and tear with cracks on door holders etc. really disappointing, especially as I had another Samsung model before this onethat lasted for years.

I wish I had done my homework on this Refrigerator. It looks Beautiful and all the features are very nice. But this darn Ice Maker! I have had to repair it twice now and yet again it is all frosted over and jammed up. I finally had to connect the water to our old (10 year) GE Fridge out in the garage because that Ice Maker is still working Great. Granted this Samsung is only 5 years old, I would have expected better performance than this. Do your homework before purchasing this Refrigerator. You can plainly see there is an issue with the Ice Maker.

Anyone that reads this please trust me stay away from this model refrigerator! From day one non stop issues with the ice maker, down many hundreds and hundred of dollars repeatedly replacing the parts to fail miserably after endless repair visits. Every technician who arrives tells me Samsung refrigerators are the worst because of the ice maker failures that short circuit the entire control board that ends up being replaced for 600.00 easily and then the new board shorts the defective ice maker wiring-a constant never ending cycle. They design these things for you to have to expend tons of money, all crap falls apart after warranty expires and you are left with a giant piece of crap to spend endless money repairing or dumping for another expensive unit just a few years apart. Don't buy this do your homework first and read all the defects that exist in this particular model.

I've had this refrigerator for four years, and the ice maker has died twice. The appliance repair guy said that he could replace it, but the replacement would only last 2-3 years. Nope. I'll just buy another brand. Between this and my Samsung TV that started dying after three years, I'm done with Samsung. Just terrible quality control.

This refrigerator looks lovely. Despite being counter depth, it offers a decent amount of storage. That's the last nice thing I can say about it. Like everyone else, it all started out great. Our ice maker didn't even last two years. Samsung actually sent someone out the first time, which gave me hope that they would stand behind their products. I was wrong. The replacement worked for less than a year before it also stopped working. It wasn't even icing up, it just stopped producing completely. After trying all of the troubleshooting tips from Samsung and all the youtube videos, we gave up. I will never buy another Samsung appliance.

Do not buy this product. Ice machine malfunctions even after many repairs from third party and extended warranty. Find a better product samsung will not take responsibility for this defect.
