We purchased this refrigerator to replace a GE counter deep model. I'm glad to have forgone the counter depth. This refrigerator has so much more room. Even the on the door bins are much bigger. The tray that stores the ice cubes is the largest I've seen. So far it's working great and I was very satisfied with the price. No bells or whistles just a nice big refrigerator that's working great. Exactly what we wanted.

Just love this fridge. It's wide and roomy. We bought this because we have an almost same design in our Cali home and we just loved it. Suits our needs.

Love the size of the fridge and room inside. It is a basic fridge with ice maker in freezer section. No fuss no muss! The storage bins are smaller but I am happy to have the extra room on the shelves!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I say this came at the perfect time! My family just grew from 3 to 6 people and more people means more food. This fridge seems to be double the size of my previous one and it is so beautiful. Delivery was fast and simple. They delivery people were awesome as well. Kudos to them. I love how bright and spacious the inside is. It comes with an ice maker that is on the inside of the freezer. The only part I dont like is that it is a french door but I'll get over it with time! The freezer got really cold really fast and it holds a lot. The best part of this is that the size allows me enough space to store food for my family with always enough space for more! It says it its finger print resistant but I guess they have met my kids because there are finger prints all over. Nothing a quick wipe down cannot fix! Thanks Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new fridge! I love to cook and coming from an Italian family, I cook for an army! Lol! Previously we had a conventional fridge and there was never enough room for leftovers. Not with this fridge, it is huge! Plenty of room in doors for everything from condiments to 2 litter bottles of soda. Freezer is so deep and spacious! With Thanksgiving coming up there is enough room for our 23lb turkey and our ham without having to worry about no room for everything else! I've found 2 small issues. First the pantry drawer does not always close evenly. Not a big deal just something I noticed. The other issue could be a problem if not noticed. The left side door has a middle section that seals the 2 doors when closed. If there is to much weight on shelves in this door the latch does not always close. Leaving an opening when doors are closed. To fix this I used one of the door leveling clips that come with fridge. Since I used that no more issues with it closing! I highly recommend this fridge to everyone!

Delivery was great, they took the old appliance, refrigerator is working great. But i didnt realize how hard on my back having a bottom freezer would be. Im 62yrs so next fridge will be side by side. Only other thing is when delivery was scheduled they said everything will be taken care of but delivery doesn't hook up the ice maker which i thought included in 'everything will be taken care of', but in there defense i didnt specifically ask but that is why i minused 1 star

We bought the fridge online so we never got to see it in person. Thankfully we are really happy with it and it is as we expected. Two things I do think are important to mention however is that the produce drawers both rub the doors when you pull them out. I worry over time it will leave scuff marks on the dark color doors. The second thing I think that is notable is that when you open only the left door you can not close it until you open the right door. Something that is kind of annoying and hard for a 6 year old to remember.. Which worries me the door could be forced shut and break.

Love the refrigerator! I would have given it five stars, but it doesn't come with a user manual. It has a lot of features, but there are no instructions on how to use them. Since this is a significant upgrade from the refrigerator we had, it would be nice to have information on the features. When you google it, you get one-size-fits-all information that is apparently supposed to serve all models. The models are all so different from one another though that the information is not very helpful.
