[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is great. It has a decent color balance and refresh rate. Perfect for gaming for simple office work. And it comes with a built In Webcam, which is good for streaming discord to your friends while gaming or having an office meet with employees.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The monitor has an excellent build quality with matte black finish. It is very easy to maintain and clean. There are no bezels on three sides of the display but it still has inner borders. The size is a standard size office monitor and needs about 8inches of depth so it will not displace your other peripherals like keyboard. The build quality is excellent and comparable to some of Samsung's high-end models. The material used is thick and sturdy.
As a monitor it works fine, but it's nothing special. The sound quality is not great - definitely don't expect any bass to come out of the speakers. Sometimes it's too quiet and I end up having to use headphones.
the webcam doesn't have any settings or configuration that would enable you to rotate it, so if you use the monitor in a portrait orientation, your camera will be rotated 90 degrees. this seems like something really easy to compensate for in software, but it doesn't currently seem possible. zoom can compensate for this, but other video chat apps cannot. having bought this monitor simply because it had an integrated webcam, to have this particular flaw costs the products 3 stars. it is otherwise a fine monitor, but one of its key selling points makes it essentially unusable for my needs.
sound quality is terrible. are they all like that or do i have a defective unit? i'm planning on returning this asap
poor sound quality. i use it with my galaxy s23 together with dex station. it has the logo on the box "dex supported". so i was expecting to get my phone recognize it's camera immediately but i need to work on it, and doubt will be a success. poor quality is TERRIBLE, don't you shame on this Samsung?
