work as it should. satisfied with my purchase!!!

i was nervous about the C stock, and there are imperfections but the screen is vivid and battery strong. This is my first smart watch, and got interested in news about new Samsung watch with new Wear OS, but wanted to try out a solid but older model for $80 before dropping $400 on my first that ends up being an unused gadget. I feel like it was a good choice, I am enjoying a brand name watch that works well with my Galaxy phone. I did buy a different band. This should hold me over for at least a year while price drops on the new evolutionary flagship and the wear OS apps ecosystem grows.

The watch itself is amazing, super easy to use, tons of awesome faces, and has very useful features, like calling, listening to music, weather and a lot of others. The only thing to be careful of is the battery. Because these are refurbished the battery is crap. I even returned the first one cause that. On the second one I just bought a new battery and replaced it myself.

the device I received had some minor scratches around the bezel and thats it. the only complaint I have is that the listing doesn't say used, I may have missed it, I figured it was by the price and considering these aren't being made anymore. overall great buy.

love the watch but disappointed with services from walmart and everything behind it.... the watch came with scratches on bezel ..bezel looks used up abd dirty in a way ..I don't know how to explain it with these watches bezels looking like there's a film over it but nothing comes off ..I received the watch with scratches and nicks .. disappointed about that. the charger cable looking used a d the charge box says roku on it .... (smh)..now I know I totally got a used watch ..should of know the price was to good to be true ..I might just keep it ..just a little disappointing.

software cannot update among time

It would not power up after a day and a half on the charger, called up Samsung. Their tech support was awful. They don't listen and then they give in accurate information, an hour of my life I'll never get back.

item came in with a defective battery. it would only hold a charge for about 30 minutes. it was extremely difficult to return. had to go through the warranty that I bought and even they didn't want to process the return and claimed it was "user damange." I explained over and over again that a defective battery was not user damage. finally, after being on the phone for over an hour and speaking to two supervisors they reluctantly process the claim.

The watch was fine I understand that there will be some blemish due to it being a referbished item,but at the same time it was not placed in a box nor did it have the right charger to go along with the watch it wouldn't hold a charge, nor would it even charge I had the watch for a few days maybe it would work it self out I am a wait and see kinda guy but it over all didn't work I was very happy to fine it at such a discount but as s the old addage goes you get what you pay for.

Nowhere in the title does it say this item is refurbished. You have to scroll through the discription to see that. Not only was it in pretty rough shape the battery doesn't even last 12 hours. My last one would work for a couple of days before needing a charge. Do not waste your money.
