Just did my first wash and I love it so much! Everything is so clean and the auto opening was a thrill!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with my new machine that I tell everyone I can especially people that I know that are fixing their homes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with. Love it so quite never know it's on.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my dishwasher 2 weeks. So far I am pleassed. Was concerned about this brand as dealers tell me no one can work on them and parts are hard to get. The place I got it said they had someone that could work on them. They said parts were sometimes hard to get but they only sold 2 that ever needed repair. My Samsung TVs are great so I thought I would take a chance on the dishwasher. It is also one of the few brands that still has a black stainless finish.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple months ago, and for the most part I am well pleased. However, and this may just be because it has the third rack for silverware, the middle rack is practically useless. The little plastic part that is supposed to switch the pegs back and forth, will NOT stay in place, and my bowls don't fit on that rack, nor do most of my cups and glasses. As for cleaning my dishes; this machine is the best I've had.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had hoped that this dishwasher would have been better. The auto-release function of the door stopped working despite troubleshooting. That function was one of the reasons why I chose this dishwasher. The upper rack tines on the left side that can fold down as needed have often folded on their own from the start. I will say that i is definitely a QUIET dishwasher. But there are plenty of other quiet dishwashers out there that are probably better overall.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher to replace my old GE. The new samsung has the three rows in which makes this machine difficult to load bigger items such as full size dinner plates. I can't seem to fit as much into the machine as it is not built for practical families. If my DINNER plates aren't at an angle they stop the top rack spinning arm. It cleans well but not to practical for everyday use due to loading space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to buy a new dishwasher due to the fact that our LG literally fell apart after 3 1/2 years of use. Should have looked a little closer to this model prior to purchase. My wife and I are not fans of the door opening during the drying process. Bad on us for not asking. The silverware basket does not hook to the side of the tray in any way so it basically just sits in the lower tray. And the slots for said silverware are too small to fit our butter knives. That may seem trivial, but we have been using this set for well over 20 years. Seemed to fit in all the others. But we do give it 10 Stars for how dad-gum quiet this thing is. And I mean quiet!
Mine stopped washing dishes after 4 years. Right outside the warranty range. I've cleaned it regularly and made sure that all of the nozzles were clear. Yet, this washer does a terrible job at cleaning now. We've had to replace the motor on it twice and just as I'm typing this, the drying fan has died.
Unbelievably bad product. Had to have Samsung come out three times. Still having issues because it's so badly made. Soap dispenser doesn't open, leg is broken, top rack broke, bottom rack broke, and now they are saying these are not covered under warranty.
