Samsung Top Freezer Double Door Refrigerator, Gray

bought this unit 3 weeks ago, love it -came with ice maker works like a dream!!! con- takes 2 weeks to get here

I love this appliance! It is quiet and very roomy. The freezer works perfectly as an added refrigerator. The slide out deli drawer in the top of the fridge is large and fits a lot of food. It is the entire width of the fridge for a long tray of food or long single layer cake. No problems so far.

After reading all the other reviews I was concerned. I shouldn't have been. This is such a great Refrigerator! I still have yet to master all it is capable of doing, but wow on all the features and what I have been able to enjoy it to do. This is really in my opinion the best 18 cu. ft. refrigerator on the market, and it comes with an Ice maker! Absolutely a great investment purchase. I've loved all the Samsung products I've purchased so far, I know I can't go wrong with another Samsung purchase moving forward.

The refrigerator has met my expectations and beyond. The main area has two independent doors, so closing is simple. It stays cold and chills items quickly. The middle drawer makes organization easy to scan and more open room to quell searching for food behind things. The freezer is easy access, allowing for similar quick scanning like the middle drawer.

I've had it a few weeks and it's wonderful.

Love it its smaller then the one I had but I still love it is only 2 of us my Husband and myself to small for a large family

So far so good! Bought this as a gift and the person loved it and was impressed with the features and style. Only time will tell about the quality and endurance of the refrigerator... Samsung is usually a good brand.

It is a really nice fridge that works really well. I am impressed with the temperature controls on the fridge. I love the ice maker feature. The fridge is quiet except for when it is dumping ice into the tray. Which is to be expected. The freezer is sizable. My only problem is that there is not very much spacing in between the shelves. Hence the reason for 4 stars. Overall it is a nice refrigerator. I would recommend it.

I like the way it cools and freezes even when on the midrange settings. The black color is very attractive, smudges are easy to remove, but the front doors dent easily. The delivery person told us that the door was very easy to switch. It took us 5.5 hours to get the task done even though we are handy and had all the tools. Make sure the door opens to your preference before the installer leaves your home. The options for the large shelves could be improved. To get a gallon jug on the top shelf, you have to have a more narrow bottom shelf. The produce/fruit drawers are a very generous size. Overall I am pleased with it since I cannot have more options because of the limited space for a refrigerator.

We purchased this refrigerator about two or so years ago, but three of its plastic door shelves have broken, under pretty light use. The plastic seems quite thin and poorly made. Getting replacement parts took quite some time when the first broken door shelf occurred; and the warranty only lasts 12 months, and in short order two more broke (including the replacement I received!) The door seals also don't seal well. Oh, and the replacement parts cost something like 100 bucks each. Yikes.
