The picture is excellent. Bright , clear picture. Super easy set-up and the one button access to the apps is great. We bought another TV at Best Buy on Black Friday ( yes, two hours in line) that was defective and had to return it. After that we went with the quality of Samsung- a great price at Walmart and the service was better!
We have had this television for about a month and so far it had been great. The factory picture settings were not good at all. It had the soap opera look on all tv shows. Once I researched online for the best settings it completely changed the picture, for the better. For $435 it is great!
I wanted a bigger TV so I would not have to wear glasses to watch it. Plus I got one heck of a deal on it. I have not learned everything you can do on it yet, but I will. I went from a 32" to 55" and am loving the difference in size. It has a nice clear picture on it, I do not have to wear glasses to read the print that goes across the screen.
This is my first venture with a Smart TV. I needed a new TV, and decided to move up to a 55" from my current 37", which is 10 years old. I wasn't really looking for a smart TV but that seems to be what is being offered by most suppliers now. Walmart had the best price. I have read some of the reviews that stated it was hard to set up, etc., but I had no problems at all. I hooked up my antenna, and the two devices I have with HDMI cables and turned it on. I went through the setup that prompted me through the steps, and after the channel setup, the TV presented a great picture, so much more brilliant than my old TV had. Some day I will get into the smart features, but for now, I am very happy with this TV. Samsung always comes through with great products.
Best decision I made! TV shows very clear and have all the applications you can think of from Yourube, Pandora, Nextflix and the list goes on! Great buy! I mounted my TV on the wall and I love it!
I recently purchased a Samsung 55" Smart TV online from Walmart. Really pleased with my purchase. Picture and all other aspects of the TV are excellent.
I bought this tv to replace a 42" that was on it's way out. I debated going up to a 55", thinking it would be too big and am I ever glad I did! The size is perfect for my family room and the picture is awesome. Set up was a breeze- I had it out of the box, cables all connected, initial set up on the tv done and my cable remote programmed within 30 minutes. My favorite thing is that I can stream Netflix or Amazon with just a push of a button. My previous tv wasn't a smart tv and I had to stream through my wifi Blu-ray player, whichncoukd be time consuming. There are only 2 minor negatives to this tv- there are only 2 HDMI ports and changing to sports mode increases the volume tremendously
Order tv with 2 day delivery, took 3. Arrived cracked screen. Waited an additional 2 days only to have the second one arrive cracked. This was shipped to my elderly mother who I had to pay twice for someone to hook up both tv's. Customer service was horrid and not helpful at all. They did offer an additional tv but no way! My mother had to arrange pick ups from FedEx with no computer or printer so this was also a huge deal. Went to Best Buy and they delivered and set up tv for her for free. NEVER AGAIN! I would not even give it one star but you do have to select a rating.
Broke after only two months after got it and been waiting three weeks from Samsung to fix and still nothing and walmart did absolutely nothing to help but tell me to call samsung even though it was in the 90 day return policy
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANY TELEVISION FROM ELECTRONIC EXPRESS! Their electronics are faulty and damaged, they shipped a damaged 55" Tv yo my apartment and refused to refund me my money or return the item. Do not buy from these people!
