We purchased this TV through Walmart.com, not realizing we were buying through a 3rd party. When we got the TV, it was defective. It will not connect to the internet. If you look online regarding the unstable connection, you will see that many people have had this issue. We worked with Samsung and tried everything they told us to do. They said our connection wasn't strong enough for wi-first despite having 2 other smart tv'support in the house that have no problem connecting. We were eventually told to wire directly to the router. After doing that (and drilling holes in our wall and floor) it still won't connect. They finally admitted there was an issue, but since we bought through a 3rd party, we can't return to the store. The company we bought it from doesn't want to pay to return the TV. They want us to have a Samsung tech fix it. I don't want it fixed. I either want a replacement or a refund. I paid for a new TV, not a broken tv that needs to be fixed. Doesnt help that the box was damaged when we received it. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved, but I will tell you this, I will never order from Walmart.com again. The whole thing is VERY frustrating. If we would have researched a little more and known about the connection issues, we never would have bought this tv. Also, Samsung's customer service is useless.
