SAMSUNG Unlocked Galaxy A10e, 32GB Black - Smartphone

This is my first smartphone and I like it. It's easy to use and easy to navigate the system. I don't need all the bells and whistles and this phone suits my needs.

I bought this for my granddaughter because now in school she can use an app at the end of the day to be released instead of waiting around to verify she is there. The phone she had would not let her do this. This phone let he do this app and much more. She just put in her sim card and she was ready to go.

I am lefthande the volume buttton is on the right side of the phone making it hard for me to oprate. It will take some getting use to. After that the phone exceed my expectation. It is awsome

My mom received the phone almost a week ago. Everything transferred easily but we have not figured out how to pair the phone to her car which is normally an easy task. The phone itself works and is great for older generations that aren't into "techy" things.

payed for insurance, called the number given to me to file a claim and answering service say ' this service is no longer available. Very disappointed, payed for something I didn't receive

Can't like something that you never received. ....

It takes a few seconds to open dial pad. Makes me feel like I'm using 20 years old computer. Headphones were not included.

It seems like description is not real. The phone is as small as my 2 fingers. Need bigger one

This phone is locked down to Boost Mobile in the U.S. Usable in Canada but every few minutes a pop up appears telling you to activate the phone. And regardless of homepage you set, it lands on Boost's homepage.
