Great phone at this price point!
Good color, bigger screen, very fast, good camera....Samsung makes great phones
ok, so I am not a techy to say the least. I chose this Samsung A20 because it was in my price range, was unlocked so I could choose my provider and because I previously owned a samsung cell phone that was terrific and lasted many many years before it became outdated and had problems. It seems to work fine, was easy to connect to my provider and move my phone number over. The camera seems to be good although I am not picky about that. I just want a phone that is easy peasy to work and that I can use to make phone calls and as a gps. This one fits the bill.
Great phone alot of internal storage
Design is gorgeous and It does what it does. The minimum. As a S9 and now S10 user my opinion could be a little bit too strict but the phone itself (A20) is slower than the likes of the Nokia 7.1 and pixel 3a. The person I bought it for is happy with it therefore it's all that matters. But if you could get a pixel 3a or a Nokia 7.2 I'd strongly recommend it. Or a Samsung A71 perhaps!
I am unhappy with this phone. I expected when I paid more for an unlocked phone it would not come with bloatware. I also am not happy with the screen quality. My previous phone was a Motorola and I loved it up until I dunked it in water and ruined it. I will not purchase Samsung phones again.
Had better service on old phone same plan. Kept dropping calls and sound going in and out. Losing service in areas I never lost it before. Had to return.
This is the 2nd phone I've ordered from Walmart and before 60 days the phones will no longer get a signal in my house. The phones worked just fine for about 30 days and now I'm missing calls, dropping calls and can't place calls. I use my phone for business and can't afford a phone that won't work.
Too much preinstalled spam software that I cannot delete. Software that I don't need takes a lot of memory and makes a lot of annoying notifications, sometimes I even cannot disable these notifications. This makes it a pure evil to work with the phone. I would never buy it again, I do not recommend Samsung to anybody. By the way it seems like the screen size shown is not real, it is smaller in reality.
I inserted a mint mobile sim card and got the error message "invalid sim card: network locked sim card inserted" even though A)this phone is compatible with mint mobile, and B)it was supposedly unlocked to any carrier.
