The carrier is Verizon. I bought a samsung Galaxy Note 10 I love this phone . I noticed my phone getting really hot wasn't sure what was going on. I fingered a virus because my phone was glitching in and out. Next thing i know i lost eveything. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I could go on for days about how much I love this phone but in the end all I would be saying is that I LOVE this phone!!! I've been a Galaxy S gal since the S5 and I have loved each upgrade more than than the last, but OMG am I happy I switched. I work full-time and I am a full-time student studying for a BS in Computer Science and the Note 10+ is perfect for my always on the go life!! This phone has soooo many cool features that after 2 months of having it, I am still discovering new things!!!!

I love the phone and all but so disappointed when I wanted to use my SNAPCHAT! This camera is way zoomed in on front and rear camera. The SNAPCHAT camera is what I use to use all the time. VERY SAD AND WHISHED I KNEW THIS BEFORE I PURCHASED THIS PHONE. SAMSUNG PLEASE UPDATE ASAP!!!

Samsung seems to have problems with texting and it's not fixed. Don't receive them

Just don't mess with unlocked phones that look like a good deal! Because they don't work, this is the 2nd unlocked phone in a row I have purchased that did NOT work. I got charged 100 fee the 1st time and I'm still waiting on refund...stay away from unlocked phones.

The fingerprint scanner to open the phone is the bane of my existence. Something you have to use constantly should work well. Obviously the facial is confused by my scowl as well. The fingerprint scanner works almost flawlessly for the apps though. Explain that! I'm here because once again I am irrationally irritated by the scanners. Otherwise the phone is meh! I've had a lot of Samsung phones, the camera in the S8 was my favorite. They have something similar to selective focus, not the same results,, and the color and built in corrections are lack luster at best. Battery doesn't last me all day. Touch screen is often finicky or unresponsive. Two steps forward, three steps back. There is nothing extraordinary about this phone.

i have 2 of the phones shipped to me both the devices are defected you can't hear people talking you get about half of what they say have to keep asking what did you say also we change network settings d id a reset
