when i went to Xfinity. the phone stopped working on their network after a couple of weeks of having the phone. i am going to return the phone and want another phone just like this one that works. please can you help me
The Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra was brand new as advertised and in its original packaging, which I'm grateful for because it's SO hard to find this phone new now. It also came with a charger and headphones, which is also great because that's rare for today's smartphones too. Had my Note20 Ultra for a month and so far so good.
The phone was brand new! still in the original unopened Samsung box factory sealed with plastic rap! took a long time to ship, but im glad i waited
screen defective after 3 months and seller unresponsive to my emails. $900 down the drain! Never agian!
Held out to upgrade from my old Note 8 and unfortunately the 512gb version sold out. Had no choice but to wait until it went back into stock and when it did every place was selling for $1449 or lower with trade in. Walmart had it for $1099 and I didn't have to give up my old phone! It's nice upgrading to a faster processor, more RAM, more storage, better camera, etc., and I added a 1tb micro sd to complete the setup. Overall I am pleased.
good phone but the battery life could be better
Hi i am using this phone almost a 7month from now, i like this phone beginning , But after the release of S 21 series samsung may be ignoring this phone for the software update , unfortunately they don't give any priority to their old model they suppose to think for this to they provide software update to S20 and S21 but not to this phone, My phone didn't got any update from month of June before they skip the update for month of may . This is all about security update , Just to sale the phone is only there priority unfair policy . For the software reason and customer service i will not recommend this phone i will not recommend.
I love Galaxy and Note phones. Always prefer them over other brands. I use Samsung my husband uses Iphone. I was looking to buy a telescope for my daughter to watch the one of the full moons this year. I never tried to use my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra to capture long distance pictures. I took a picture from a balcony we were staying in, of the moon and wow! I was blown away with the pictures I got! They are amazing! I attached pictures of the original distance, video max zoom and photo max zoom. Phone automatically reversed the light to better focus on the moon, like a telescope. My phone never crashes...it has the ability to share its WiFi. So even if we are only limited 2 devices at the hotel...its no problem...I connect my Samsung and have it share the wifi to 3 more of our devices!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've had almost all the Samsung Note series phones, the NOTE 20 ultra 5G is the greatest. I luv all the features, also the big screen . So before I got the Note 20 ultra, I tried the Samsung Z fold 2, I had that for about a week an I heard from a source that the Note 20 ultra was going to be the last of the Note series that Samsung was making, so I thought to myself well I've had the Samsung Note 3, Note 5, Note 10 plus, an I really enjoy these phones~ so anyway I had sent the Z fold 2 back and, ordered the Note 20 ultra an I'm so glad I did~ the z fold is a really great phone, it just wasn't for me~ I luv my Samsung Note 20 ultra ~
I now had my phone over 5 months and I am very happy how it worked up to now the only thing that bothers me alot is the fingerprint is not detected alwaysmost of the times is not. I had the Note 10 with the scanner on the back and it was amazing how almost instantly would recognize my fingerprint. If they had the option I change back to my old Note 10 phone just because of this issue. Or maybe that option is used in the future with new phones that will be great.
