S20+ good one to get
I like this phone a lot, lots of features to make it fun and easier to navigate. Its workes well and fast, I like the edge screen that you can pop up. Always loved Samsung because of the customization you can do with your phone.

Professional
We were greeted by Aaron as soon as we walked in, he was very professional and knowledgeable. We had a few issues with a new phone we had just bought and he work on figuring out the best solution for us and never gave up or walked away ( 2 plus hours) i would recommend this store hands down

Pleased with my choice
Have enjoyed the phone and some of the new features. The camera is awesome. The 5G service seems to be making a difference. Glad i did the upgrade.

Solid software lags in display
Great phone only problem is the camers glas shattered out of no where didnt even drop the phone and samsung is limited on replacements it broke out of the blue looks like someone through a little pebble through it

screen protector coming off
It's a great phone except for two reasons. It's very slippery so be careful when handling it and I put my hand into my pocket to get my phone and my thumb nail hit the corner of the phone and pried the screen protector from the phone, very disappointing

new phone
I ordered a Samsung s20 + I wish I could have gotten another active. My old phone worked better than this one. I had service in more areas. I'm not liking this phone especially for the high price. Really not worth it. The free phones do better than this one

Upgraded, BUT NOT seeing the benefits of 5G!
Upgraded from Galaxy S8 to Galaxy S20+, but the S20+'s performance is NO BETTER than my S8...
