[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As we've been upgrading our older appliances, we've been selecting Samsung as our brand of choice because of the good luck we've had with this brand. So far, this washing machine has not disappointed. Because we've only had the machine for a short time we have not come close to trying all of the incredible features of this machine, but we are pretty impressed with what we've been able to try so far. This machine will do anything the newer machines will do, but what stands out most is how quiet it is. Our laundry room is next to our kitchen which is where most of my family gathers. It's nice to be able to run load and not worry about the noise. I haven't fully tried all the "smart" features, but I do like the delayed start and the end of cycle notification. Like most we lead a busy life and these two features help us to be as efficient as possible. Finally, the machine does a great job of washing our clothes. I am most impressed with the how it washes our whites. I where a lot of white shirts and undershirts, and they always come out clean, even when I've had an accident and thought for sure I had stained one of them. I also like how well the machine does in the spin cycle. This has cut way down on our drying time. Bottom line is so-far, so-good. The machine has definitely lived up to our expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer uses very less water. Sometimes I doubt if that much less water is enough to clean the laundry thoroughly. This machine's large capacity is very much useful for larger households or small households with large loads to save energy in both cases. This washer runs very quiet when the machine is in operation, probably this is due to the vibration reduction technology of this product. It vibrates less. I've tried these wash cycles : Bedding, Delicates, Heavy Duty, Normal, Permanent Press. On some of these cycles it runs longer than expected. Those smart control notifications are very helpful. There are lot of cycles and settings which gives much more control over how each load can be washed and they will quickly make sense as you learn about the washer. One annoying thing is once wash cycle is done and when you open the door, water drips onto the floor from door. Hope Samsung considers this in upcoming iterations.

This machine has all of the smart features I already downloaded the Smartthings app, the Washer is great, clothes co me out super clean. It's very efficient energy wise. Water usage is lower than it all . Love the timed features and all the different wash cycles. I'm still learning all of the things this washer can do. I wish there was an add time button to simply add minutes and a pause that let you open the door to add things you forgot. Indefinitely bigger than I thought it would be. So far so good. My favorite cycle is simply the normal wash, it works the beat for the loads of laundry I do daily. The vibration of the machine is minimal however when winning it is a bit louder than I had hopefully for. I Being able to change wash times, speeds and temperature is a great feature of this machine. I love that I can start the washer from work with my phone. Overal I'm in love of this beautiful washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used it for a week now but this is exactly what I was looking for. It feels little more depth than I wanted but I had enough room. I connected my washer/dryer to SmartThings app on my Galaxy phone and it provides so many options on the phone. You can control and see status of the current cycle. Will update more! Update: I have been using this extensively for past few weeks and haven't had problems so far with anything. I have mostly used Heavy duty cycles and Bedding cycles for clothing and our bedding respectively. I have also used Self Clean cycle as recommended monthly by instruction manual which is great as we don't have to worry about cleaning manually. Noise level is very low. Unless you are standing close to it, you won't hear them. Dryer is blessing. It has so many option. I have mainly used delicates, normal and quick dry options. Quick dry option is perfect when you have very small load and want to use them in half hour. Moreover, I use eco mode which make it more energy efficient. In Addition, I use wrinkle prevent mode after dryer which perfectly removes wrinkles from clothes. Noise level is pretty negligible. Integration with Smart Things App on phone is also well sync. It notifies when Washer is done, when dryer is completed and has more options and cycles which I will definitely read more into it and use it. Overall, I am very satisfied with these laundry systems and they do more than they are intended to do.

i like it so far so good, this is just the first cycle weve been able to complete. my husband hooked up the device so i didnt realize the guys that dropped it off didnt remove and take the shipping bolts with them. i really hope my washer isnt damaged from the load we tried to wash. it seems like an incredible waste to leave those behind for the consumer to just throw away. im sure they can be reused again.

This is my 2nd Samsung front loader in 8 years and once again, told it will cost more to repair the motor and drum than it costs to buy a brand new washer! Samsung Lifespan suggests 10-15 years -NO WAY! If it costs as much to repair as to replace, it isn't worth it!

our washer is under 3 years old, it has stopped working twice. First the drain pump failed after just over 1 year. It has now been 2 years and 8 months since purchasing this washer, the display is frozen and the machine will not run. it just stopped working in the middle of a fairly small load of towels without even draining the water. The only button that will respond is the power button. The dial does not respond either. DO NOT BUY.

Very disappointed with this 5.0 cu. ft. Extra-Large Capacity Smart Front Load Washer with Super Speed Wash in Brushed Black. Had this for over a year a it's broken. And it was well taken care of. Will never buy any Samsung products again. I have an expenses washer sitting in my garage.
