[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer not only works great but also looks super nice. I mean ut literally is crystal clear and gives you your reflection like a mirror. It has a lot of great functions for different styles of wash which is really nice. I like the musical alert it gives once the cycle is complete which is super helpful. It's soze is perfect for my family for 4 and fits a good amount of clothes while cleaning them well. Over all very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a smaller wet/laundry room, but have large bedding. The majority of larger capacity washers also had a larger footprint. With this washer we're able to get the large capacity and keep the smaller footprint to wash all our King Size bedding and large curtains. It's been a life saver vs always having to take them to a family members house or the dry cleaners. With the steam clean functionality we've also eliminated 90% of our dry cleaning needs. Lastly, with the smart things app we can schedule the washing for later in the evenings when our electricity costs are subsidized/cheaper saving us a few more bucks. This is definitely a step up from our last washer and we're excited to keep using it!

I actually enjoy doing the laundry now and that is not something I use to look forward to doing before. . I'm using less water and detergent with each load now as well as less fabric softener. It's completely energy efficient and it stands up to that promise. It's virtually silent when in use and plays the cutest song at the end of the cycle. My clothes are coming out so much more cleaner which sounds crazy but it's true. This is my first time using front loaders and I'll never go back to the standard top loaders again. I'm so surprised about how much room the inside of the Samsung Washer has. The capacity is amazing and I feel like it's hard to fill it up now. The settings on it are so helpful also. Another amazing product from a spectacular company who continues to make quality appliances.

However, I seem to always gravitate back to the Samsung models. From the ability to stack the units and allow for more space in a laundry room to the endless amount of washing options, I have found the ideal machine for my home. What I love most about this particular model, the ability to search for extra washing settings via the app (ie. active wear feature) and the way it is connected to my wi-if. While I didn't think this feature would be anything special, I do tend to find it is great when my Echo Show announces when the laundry is done. One additional feature I especially like is the soft LED glow of the drum lights. It's enough to be able to see and gather the laundry yet not so bright like a French fry light in a fast food joint.

Download the app and I can turn it on from there, my family who have come to visit me have liked it a lot because they are very beautiful. I been using this washer almost daily and it's been a rockstar.

My clothes are so much cleaner and smell refreshing. I love the fact that it alerts me on my phone when my clothes are finished washing. Samsung has exceeded my expectations once again.

We are a family of 4 and have to do a lot of laundry with all the sports this kids play, so the less loads we have to do the better. It even fits our king sized comforter! Definitely recommend to any family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only been using these for about 2 weeks now, but with our active lifestyles and young child, they've been getting plenty of use. They're slightly larger than our previous Samsung washer/dryer but unfortunately the capacity on the washer is less, but that seems to be the case with front loads. That's about the only 'complaint' I could come up with--besides the installers. They look sleek and modern, and the black color looks great. I love how much quieter the set is that our previous, and connecting to our existing smart home setup through SmartThings was super easy. It now announces throughout our house on our smart speakers when the cycle is done which is amazing, and we get alerts on our phones if we step outside and can even turn on the wrinkle prevent on the dryer. All the modes we've used have worked great--including the typical heavy duty cycle but also the bedding cycles. The dryer also has the rack that allows you to dry baseball caps or shoes/boots without having them clunk around all cycle. Overall, we're very happy with the set and would definitely recommend.

This is my 2nd Samsung front loader in 8 years and once again, told it will cost more to repair the motor and drum than it costs to buy a brand new washer! Samsung Lifespan suggests 10-15 years -NO WAY! If it costs as much to repair as to replace, it isn't worth it!

our washer is under 3 years old, it has stopped working twice. First the drain pump failed after just over 1 year. It has now been 2 years and 8 months since purchasing this washer, the display is frozen and the machine will not run. it just stopped working in the middle of a fairly small load of towels without even draining the water. The only button that will respond is the power button. The dial does not respond either. DO NOT BUY.
