[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my washer after 10 years with a previous front-loader. At the time, I thought that one was state of the art. This is definitely state of the art. I am a huge fan of the Smart Things integration as well as the multiple features it includes including steam washing, workout apparel settings, and even synching with the Dryer to automatically select the correct setting based on what you chose for the washer. The spacious washer has cleaned many large loads with ease, including blankets, pool towels, etc. The washer does an awesome job spinning out as much water as possible so the dryer can do its job. I love the speed was setting as well. A small load for my kids can go in and out of both the washer and dryer in under an hour, and I have used it a lot. I know a lot of washers coming out have a larger tray to put lots of detergent - I would have liked that feature here, but it's not a huge deal to do it for each load. The color and size both are appealing and fit nicely in my laundry room. The larger lint trap is also a great feature so I don't have to do that regularly and the machine tells me when it needs to be cleaned. Definitely a big upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sleek modern look compliments my laundry room. It is so quiet that I had to check several times to make sure it was on. I love the external pullout compartments for the detergent, bleach and softener. I exceeded the max recommendation for the detergent and was able to take that compartment out and pour the excess back into the detergent bottle. My favorite setting it the option to steam my clothes. It comes our smelling fresh and clean. I have control over the washer with wireless connection that I can control the washer from my smart things app. I get a push notification on when cellphone when my cycles are finish. It takes away me having to go up and down my stairs to check if my clothes are finish washing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't use the washer as often as my wife. In case of emergency and I need something washed last minute then it's up to me to get it done. The Samsung washer was easy to maneuver considering that I don't use it everyday. I was able to choose an appropriate function for my work clothes, even for my sons soccer uniforms. My favorite is the Activewear function as well as the Superspeed wash function. I wait for last minute to get things done and these two functions get the job done. Very functional and easy to use. The washer is very roomy and quiet. The only time I hear it is when it is filling with water and when it's done. The laundry detergent dispenser is my favorite. Everything is labeled and easy access for dads.

This washer also sanitized my clothes which is super cool in these day and times. It was easy to connect to my smart things app from Samsung and i am able to see the cycle of the washer and i get notifications when my laundry is ready to get it out from the washer, it also has a dryer function on the washer, how crazy is that! I think this is awesome because I'm always on the go and end up leaving clothes in washer. It also plays music when it's done, I'm trying to figure out how to change the music and see if I can add my own. It also sends a notification on my alexa, so there is no way I will forget my laundry again! The washer is very quiet, it's just an awesome washer with a lot of tech to make things easier. Definitely worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, I am so impressed with this Samsung Washer, the design and color are so beautiful. I added it to my Smarthings app and I get notifications on my phone and smart watch when my load is done, it also plays music when my laundry is done, what a unique and fun feature! I love all the wash cycles, I get around 24 different cycles to choose from, my favorite is the steam sanitizer and steam cotton, it eliminates the bacteria and bad odors of my laundry. The washer is super quiet and very easy to use and understand, big perfect for big loads like heavy blankets. The soap dispenser is amazing, allows me to add the laundry soap I need without mess. This is the best washer I had ever own!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is the best washer ever, the soap dispenser is super cool, it allows me to put the right amount of soap, softener and bleach, is so amazing that I get to choose the cycle depending of what I am washing, my favorite is washing whites and towels since this washer also sanitized my clothes; is super easy to use I connected to my smart things app from Samsung and i am able to see the cycle of the washer and i get notifications when my laundry is ready to get it out from the washer, I think this is awesome because I always forget, it also plays music when is done and I get notification on my Samsung tv, so there is no way I will forget my laundry again! The washer doesn't make a lot noise, but it cleans my clothes very good, just an awesome washer, cool design and colors, my wife is so happy, makes life easier for her, happy wife, happy life!

Seems like Samsung has a product quality problem with this washer. 3 years after purchase we have now encountered the same issue as other customers, a broken washer that knocked itself off balance and broke the internal arm holding the drum. Stay away from Samsung appliances.

Product installed June 2022 - started leaking just after warranty ended. Replace defective water tray housing where soap/bleach/fabric softener installs. Leaking again less in about 3 years of use. Water does not drain from fabric softener section after load. Loud noise during spin like other reviews state so suspect broken weights as well. Matching dryer does not dry fully. Leaves clothes damp even though all steps to clean sensor were done. 4th Samsung set purchased and had no issues with prior products used for several years no issues. This expensive higher end product set has been awful. Cost to high to repair and if I do will have other issues so putting good money at bad. Very disappointing given my prior experience with Samsung washer/dryers. Looking for new products now and staying clear of these products.

Purchased just over 3 years ago. Within 6 months a counter balance weight fell off. After that was fixed, it worked pretty good until a couple months ago, just after my warranty expired, when it started to make a loud noise like a jet engine during the spin cycle. The bearings on the rear outer drum are already failing. I cannot find the just the bearings for this machine anywhere, only the entire rear outer drum assembly. But it is either listed as on backorder for months with the cost of the part being half or more of what I paid for the entire washer, or "no longer manufactured" by the manufacturer! Or if the part is listed as available, it is extremely expensive. Which means that I cannot repair the washer, or the with the cost it better to buy a new machine! This is my second Samsung washer, the first being recalled for potential drum detaching during spin cycles. I thought I would give Samsung another chance, but they have disappointed me again.

Mine last 4 years and it's broken. It needs a new assembly and harness. First, my Samsung dishwasher broke every year from the moment we bought it and lasted a total of 3 years before we threw it out and bought a cheap dishwasher that works way better than the Samsung. And, now, our Samsung washer is broken after 4 years. Samsung appliances are a waste of money. Don't buy their appliances. They are not worth the money.
