It has that connectivity to Bluetooth, and that makes it awesome whenever you're busy and don't have time to run to the washer time after time after time, you could just all do it from your phone and that makes life a lot easier. Second of all, I love the steam cycle tis the best as always itv my clothes and I make some fresh and sanitized for everyday wear the fictionate.. And the cleaning of the washer is awesome. It washes itself, it cleans itself, and that is one less job I have to do on my busy daily life. The capability of having a large washer capability is also works great into my busy lifestyle. Less, the better larger, the better.And it's also the best fiction to see of running energy and the efficiency is also the lifesaver. Of my life. Cant ho wrong with those washer..

We live on a farm and clothes get very dirty, ive never had an issue with clothes not coming clean. Holds large loads while cleaning them efficiently. I love that it connects to my phone and let's me know when my laundry is ready! It reminds me to come in and switch laundry over even if I am outside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is my favorite. I had an older Samsung model that I loved, and this has all of the same features and more like the steam cycles. First of all, its stunning 😍 Also, I love that I can connect it to smart things. The drum is very large to accommodate heavy loads. My favorite thing is the effectiveness of the washer. I have old clothes I use for cleaning because I thought they were permanently stained, but those stains came out since washing it this washer. I couldn't believe it! And yes, I used the same detergent, Gain powder, that I've used for years. I would recommend this washer and the matching dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer!!! This my first front load and it cleans clothes better than my old washer. The functions are easy to use. The only issue I have is the "Smart Control". I would like to be ble to use it froma remote area without having to select "Smart Control" on the washer before I leave home. The capacity on my front load is perfect. I have washed bulky comforters in it and to my surprise the washer thoroughly cleaned the comforters just as good as the commercial washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for my family of 7 and definitely don’t disappoint loves when it notifies my phone that my clothes are done washing or drying love all the setting for what I need wash and control the temperature time amount of soil and rinse cycles and the spout for water is amazing for nasty stains

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer has been great it stays clean and does really well with washing clothes. Even the spin cycle is great and gets a lot of the water out of the load that way the clothes spend less time in the dryer which saves me electricity

When it works it's great. I like the steam options. BUT, ours has had a failure in the door latch, the control board also had to be replaced. AND NOW AFTER VERY LOAD BANGING ON SPIN CYCLE I have found that the weight balance had a bolt broken and the plastic encased concrete weight broke so that the top of the heavy weight was completely free banging around on spin. I have had to figure out ordering the replacement parts on my own. Wondering what the next breakdown will be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a Samsung washer in October 2020 expecting years of reliable service. Less than six years later, I'm getting ready to replace it. 5/10 would not recommend this series. Try a higher end series if you have the means.
