It's easily connects to my phone and I can start or stop cycles wherever. The large capacity washer is very efficient. I recently steam cleaned a while load that came out amazing. I absolutely love my washer!

The extra-large capacity is a huge plus — I can fit my whole bedding set in it, and it easily handles a full basket of clothes without feeling overloaded. The steam sanitize feature works great and gives me extra peace of mind, especially for towels, bedding, and work clothes. It runs smooth, cleans well, and has made laundry a lot easier. So far, I'm very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

We live on a farm and clothes get very dirty, ive never had an issue with clothes not coming clean. Holds large loads while cleaning them efficiently. I love that it connects to my phone and let's me know when my laundry is ready! It reminds me to come in and switch laundry over even if I am outside.

It runs quietly, handles large loads well, and the different wash settings are convenient for everything from delicates to heavy towels. The design also looks modern and sleek compared to a lot of other washers. My only complaint is that some cycles can take a bit longer than expected, but the clothes come out very clean. Overall, I'd recommend a Samsung washer if you want good performance and useful features at a reasonable price.

I finish all of my laundry in half of the time then before. The time management of the washer is amazing and efficient. I love the smart control connection features.And I have save a ton of money on dry clean due to the steam features. My clothes are very clean after every wash

When it works it's great. I like the steam options. BUT, ours has had a failure in the door latch, the control board also had to be replaced. AND NOW AFTER VERY LOAD BANGING ON SPIN CYCLE I have found that the weight balance had a bolt broken and the plastic encased concrete weight broke so that the top of the heavy weight was completely free banging around on spin. I have had to figure out ordering the replacement parts on my own. Wondering what the next breakdown will be.
