Samsung White Top Load Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we've had this washer since feb. 2020. this is no doubt the best washer we've own so far. cleans great, uses the correct amount of water, clothes are spun nearly dry. well worth the money!!! take my advice read the manual first. the lowes' delivery person terrance and chris were extremely helpful with the delivery!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i've had this washer for about 2 weeks now and it has been great! it's very quiet while spinning and i hardly know it's even running. the basket is deep but still easy to remove clothing from. it appears to get my clothes really clean on the normal setting. i have also used the quick wash and clothing is done in 30 minutes! i will update if needed as time goes on, but we've been very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we are so glad we purchased this model. i had previously owned front loaders (not samsung brand) and was not happy with them. finally convinced my husband to buy a top-loader. this machine has the options we needed and does a great job. it is a bit noisier than the front loader but we are getting used to it (that's the only reason for 4 stars). i would highly recommend this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so upset that my gas dryer was only four months old when it stopped working. Samsung worked with an independent repair store that was useless and offered to replace with new dryer. Problem after problems from Samsung was very frustrating. They would tell me one thing but not honor what they told me. My dryer was finally delivered last week, I went four more months without a dryer. The whole ordeal was a nightmare and will never buy a Samsung appliance again.

Apparently, those who give such high reviews for this washing machine have never owned an older washer that had a real agitator. We purchased this washer 7 years ago, and paid more than any of my past good washers. This machine actually does all the things the 1 star reviews say it does. On top of that it literally will tie some of your clothes into knots. You must untangle everything before it goes into the dryer. For loads that we really want clean, we select HEAVY DUTY and DEEP FILL. And in deep fill, I doubt that the clothes on the top actually circulate to the bottom. I often pause the wash cycle and reach in the tub and shift the load around. I am 78 years old, and this is absolutely the worst washer we have ever owned. Don't buy it! Instead if you can't find a washer with an actual agitator, not the jets, than get an upright unit. I know they have their problems and are not as convenient to load/unload, but you will get much cleaner clothes!

Washing machine unbalances on EVERY cycle. Very disappointed with the washer especially considering the high price, and the big name brand. The washer is being replaced due to it not being able to complete a single wash. It leaves all the clothes drenched with water and I end up having to ring out everything due to the washer not being able to spin. I know many people who currently experience the same issue on their Samsung front load washing machine. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WASHER!!!

Purchased on 5/8/2021, failing now May 2026 - the washer cannot complete a spin cycle with even slight variations of weight. I have to pull articles sopping wet out of the washer and try and spin them one at a time. It won't even spin properly for one towel. Literally one towel that is wet in the washer and it will not complete a spin cycle without the unbalance error. I use Samsung all the time for my computer parts and those are great but I'm sad to report I've had a less than ideal experience with their washing machines.

The worse P money can buy… the guy that invented that suspension rod system is a smart… just replaced them and they don't last and washer can not handle any load so do your self a favor a buy any other brand stay away from this

Horrible experience with this Samsung top load washer machine you can't fill it up too much or too little as the machine will go to unbalanced error , I will never recommend Samsung washer machine to anybody as they will have the same experience I currently have this will also make you spend more water and more electricity this isn't a smart washer machine at all , old machine were perfect throw some clothes in the machine close it turn it on and that it let it do its job

i bought this washer about a year ago. it cleans clothes fine but it has put holes in several of my bath towels. at first i thought perhaps the towels were just old / worn out but even brand new towels have started to develop small holes. i had no issues with the same towels in my previous washers.
