Ultimately, I found the product was ok. Initially initially started with the suggested serving and didn't get any results or benefits so I upped my dosage to 4-5 pills. I was taking these at night with plenty of water and finally having a bowel movement in the morning. I felt really good, wasn't bloated and overall was very happy with the results. Still, I wish I didn't have to take such a large dosage to see any improvement. Overall, I would recommend these for a painfree, crampfree gentle colon cleanse.
