However I've used it for an entire month I will say I feel a noticeable difference in the stiffness of my joints. It's a good product and worth trying if you have joint problems. MSM and Turmeric are included to further support joint function and improve flexibility. They work together to reduce stiffness and promote easier movement. I've noticed greater ease in walking exercising and just doing normal everyday activities.

The formula includes chondroitin, turmeric, and MSM, and it's designed to support joint health and mobility. The serving size is three capsules a day, so one bottle lasts about 40 days. My husband has been taking it for two weeks now, and he's already noticed a helpful difference in his joints—less discomfort and better mobility. We're happy with the results so far, though taking three capsules daily is a bit much. Overall, it's a solid product that's really making a difference for him!

This is part of my daily supplements to stay healthy. The added benefit of these capsules is that there are no color additives, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these supplements with Glucosamine and Turmeric from Sanar Naturals and Influenster in exchange for my review. My opinion is my own and based on my experience using the product. The first thing I noticed when I opened these was the off-putting smell. I expected a peppery odor from the turmeric because that's what I've found when I've previously taken this type of capsule from other brands. I'm not sure what this scent but it wasn't turmeric and it wasn't good. The capsules are fairly large which may be difficult for some people to swallow. I didn't notice any benefits nor did I have any negative reactions to these. The smell made it unappealing to stick with taking them and I'm normally good about taking pills, vitamins, or supplements. This is not a product I'd recommend or purchase.
